I came to visit my auntie and I can honestly say the home is so beautiful, the new garden is a more than welcome addition. The staff were welcoming, warm and friendly, and it was nice to see the manager helping a resident. Great job, team.

Beautiful old and traditional and a real family feel.The staff are all friendly and caring and nothing is too much trouble. I have a beautiful bedroom as my personal belongings. I would recommend Willersley House to others.

I have recently moved into Willersley House an it feels like home. The staff are great and we have fun. I have a lovely view of squirrels in the trees. Management team are great and always get us smiling. I recommend Willersley House to all!

Kind caring environment. Respectful of Dad's needs and illness - vascular dementia is a mostly cruel illness - we appreciate everything Willersley House does for all family members/friends.

Staff at Willersley are kind and caring and know the residents, always referring to them by name. While I accept that my mum always cooked with fresh ingredients when she lived at home, she is on the whole very disappointed by the standard/variety of food at meal times. The soup and sandwich menu offering causes upset along with meat - chicken, beef, fish etc. and some of the vegetable servings. Staffing in the kitchen also appears to be a problem.

My overall experience here is positive. The staff have been supportive and always polite and caring. I have a lovely bedroom and a lovely view. I cannot imagine a better residential home.

I moved into Willersley House this year and I could not be happier. A lovely home and the staff are wonderful!

Visit my close friend regularly and whilst she has had a health decline staff have gone above and beyond, she is very well cared for.

I am very happy living here. Everyone is so friendly and takes the time to support me. My room is similar to my home and I have bought my Nick Nacks, would recommend it. Really enjoy the Church services.
