All the staff are so caring and friendly, even to the visitors. Knowing my mum is being so well cared for and is safe is such a weight off my mind. My mum celebrated her 90th birthday last week and we held a little party in her room, the care home put on a huge buffet with endless tea and coffee and
also made mum a surprise cake. Mum hasn't been in there long but she felt so special.

I have been a resident for 16 years. I lived independently until requiring minimum support (ie safety button) until Covid outbreak then became a full time resident with all facilities. I have been very happy & content without which I would not have been able to reach 101 + years.

Very clean, residents have many activities. Food excellent, carers brilliant. All staff very caring.

I can't thank the staff and management of Orchard Court enough for the compassionate care they are giving to my father. The home is always warm and inviting and dad is always clean and comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Orchard Court.

Orchard Court Care Home has a lovely warm and welcoming environment as soon as you walk through the door. All the staff are very caring and attentive to my mum's needs. Nothing is too much trouble and staff are always happy to help. I would have no hesitation in recommending Orchard Court to friends
and family.

I looked after my friend for four years after her husband died, but found it very hard at my age of 82, even with the help of carers coming 3 times a day. The times were not consistent due to traffic and previous calls, so it was a great relief when she came to Orchard Court. I go to see her twice a
week to see her, and she seems happy and clean. They are also very friendly to me and make me a cup of tea, so I'm pleased with her treatment.

My experience of Orchard Court Care Home is very good. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is one of a happy place with proper attention to residents and families. It is a care home I would most definitely recommend.

My dad has been at home now since November 2024, had always worried about putting Dad in home.
It's so reassuring that he's safe and settled.
The activities are brilliant, four weeks before xmas, the residents had events all month, a band from the local area, making cards, carol singing, xmas
pantomime. Residents all had their xmas jumpers on. Great meals every day and Xmas dinner, excellent with a choice.

After not really wanting my mum to go into care, I, with my daughter visited Orchard Court and the staff and management were so kind to us. Mom has not been a resident for 15 weeks and I cannot fault one thing about the care she is receiving. On the 1st of February, the staff arranged a 90th
birthday party for my mum with 40 guests. Everyone was so kind and always is to us all. The staff not only make sure mum is so well looked after but is so caring to the rest of us at this difficult time. I cannot thank everyone enough.

My mum was a resident for around a year. She was so well looked after and enjoyed being part of their family. The staff are all so lovely and the care is exceptional. Mum loved having 'banter' with all the staff and enjoyed all the activities that took place daily. They are so caring and I know from
experience that 'working in care' is not an easy job. The home is so lovely and the staff are so hardworking and always cheerful. I have nothing but praise for the Management and all the staff, as they say 'they are all one big family'. Sadly my Mum passed away on November 18th. I am so grateful to them all, that along with my daughter, sister and nephew, we were with her day/ night throughout her last days. I can't thank them enough for the care and support they gave my Mum and us as a family. They really are outstanding.

Mum passed away in Orchard Court Care Home this morning. They have been absolutely brilliant with her and ourselves whilst we stayed with her till the end.
Management and all the carers have been brilliant. Best care home ever. Thank you Orchard Court.

My mum came to Orchard Court at the beginning of April after being discharged from the hospital and being advised that her house was no longer a safe environment. My husband, my sister and I had checked on all care homes in the area and didn't find one we could agree on until we went to Orchard
Court. We were unanimous in our decision to bring her here and have not regretted it at all. This is a caring friendly home, the staff and management alike will go the extra mile for both residents and visitors.

It has taken almost a year to come to terms with my mother's passing, but I was able to go back to her care home for the first time. The love and warmth I felt the moment I walked in reminded of the love, warmth and care that surrounded my mum while she was in the home. I cannot speak too highly of
the manager and the team at Orchard, they are superb and add love and compassion to the highest care standards. Simply the best.

This is a great care home with a super team of staff. It's a happy place where all the residents are well looked after. Mum always looks neat and tidy and the staff always have a smile for her.

Orchard Court is an outstanding and very friendly care home. The staff and management team are very professional and excellent. They're all extremely friendly, and caring and nothing is too much trouble. My partner of 29 years went into full-time care in January as she has Alzheimer's and high
levels of anxiety. The staff have been brilliant, and their support and love for her has been exceptional. The atmosphere at the care home is just great, always lots of things to do and take part in. I visit her most days and usually join in with their morning quiz. All great fun!

Visiting my mam today in her care home, it was lovely to see the local nursery visiting. The little ones, probably 2 years and under, were sat on a rug playing and eating snacks, the theme was a circus so residents and most of the staff had fabulous face paintings. What a wonderful sight! This
fabulous care home goes above and beyond, the atmosphere of care, love, happiness, humour and joy makes them a true home. We cannot thank, enough, all the staff and manager.

My father moved into Orchard Court Care Home in June 2023 from another Care home down south so that he could be nearer me and I could go and visit and take him out.
My father has Alzheimer's and whilst living alone up until February, and then moving into the other care home he had become more and
more distant, not recognising me, becoming ever more difficult and disappearing into his own world, by not talking or interacting
With the care and love that he receives at Orchard Court... I have got my dad back! He is chatty, witty, caring, funny and loving again. They have brought him out of his hidden world and it's the best thing ever!
Nothing is too much trouble for them. He eats what and when he wants there (I understand that is a lot of times with him) The staffing levels are incredible, there's always someone on hand to deal with the residents' needs and he is so happy there.
It really is the most wonderful place for people. It is clean, modern, tidy and very unlike many places.

All the staff are so caring, and nothing is too much trouble! My mum has been here since March and is in one of the units. The best of both worlds - independence and company. She loves joining in the activities and especially enjoyed the rhyme time with a local school! The food is outstanding! The
activities lady is as mad as a box of frogs, and everyone loves her. All I can say is we (I visit most days) feel part of the Orchard Court family, and the care is outstanding!
