It is obvious from the moment that you walk in, staff at Eagle View are extremely happy and professional at their work. This is displayed through the way they engage with their residents and visitors. Everyone is warm, friendly and compassionate in their manner. Eagle View is one big friendly home. It is clean, warm, bright, welcoming and is a vibe of activity. Where residents are happily engaged in a range of well thought out and well led activities in the lounge, or enjoying their meals in the cosy dining room. Eagle View's management prioritised my father's health and wellbeing in a way that far exceeded my expectations, they went up and above. They drew on the expertise of a number of external partners to ensure that my father's needs were fully established and met. While all the time taking the care to always consult me and keep me fully informed. I always feel welcome when I visit my father. When I leave I know I am leaving him with people who treat him like family.

I spoke to my mother yesterday and she sounded so good. She said she was comfortable at Eagle View, had friends there, and felt that the staff are warm and take very good care of her. While we were talking, a staff member gave her a bag of her favorite crisps, and she said "that's what they do here, they know these are my favorite and sometimes they just bring me some". She was so pleased. Living so far away from her, I am comforted to know that my mother is being so well cared for.

I have always found all of the staff at Eagle View to be extremely helpful, friendly, kind & caring. They communicate well & keep me informed of any changes with my brother. The home is very well run & the management are involved with the residents & their families. Eagle View's care has had & continues to have a very positive effect on my brother's well being. It is such a relief to know that my brother is receiving the care & support he deserves.

I cannot praise the care & compassion all staff have shown my Mum since she moved into Eagleview. The home is superbly run, it's clean, the food is varied & nutrious & the staff.....I cannot praise them enough. They are kind, compassionate and patient. They involve all the resident in fun activities (no one is left out) & they also organise trips out. Mum has been to the beach, out for lunch a few times & even visits to the shops. Staff also make time to sit & chat to families & are happy to give updates on their relatives, you are always left feelin reassured your family member is being well cared for. Thank you everyone at Eagleview for everything you do, not just for my Mum but for all the residents.

Mum has been a resident at Eagle View since May 2025 she has her own room and she is very happy there and is well cared for and looked after the staff are very attentive and responsive to the residents needs they interact well with the residents and encourage them to participate in activities mum loves her little outings and the management are so helpful and informative and assist whenever needed the home is always clean and visitors are always welcome I'd happily encourage others to visit them if looking for a residence for a loved one

My mum moved into Eagle View Care Home in June 2025 and probably like most families it was difficult time. The staff have been kind, helpful and professional. They have helped my mother settle in. She has commented that the food is "very good" and she has put on 2 kg in weight which was badly needed after her hospital stay. Eagle View is a modern facility and therefore its facilities are good, it is clean and visiting is a positive experience. My mother is a sociable person and I have noticed her mood has improved being in a positive environment and the home has organised trips out. No-one wants to place a relative in a care home but when it becomes essential to protect their wellbeing I think Eagle View is a good option.

Really good care provided, my mum seems quite happy here, staff are always polite and helpful to both me and my family when we visit. Always something going on to break up the monotony of staying in a care home, thank you so much - please keep up the good work

Since mum has entered Eagle View she has become more alive and active, she loves all the staff and gets involved in most things. Although she has dementia her health and general well being has improved because of the care and support she receives from the team. Thank you.

My father moved here following a stay in hospital where he was very unsettled. On my first visit he was so much happier and had been enjoying the entertainment. The managers and staff are all very kind and friendly and there are lots of activities, entertainment and some trips out. He is now a permanent resident and as I don't live close to Scarborough I love to see what he has been doing on the regular social media posts. I would highly recommend this care home.

Mum has now been a resident at Eagle View for over seven months. As a health care professional, with lots of experience of poor care homes, I was very reluctant for Mum to move in to full time care. Unfortunately living alone with Alzheimer's became untenable, unsafe for Mum and too stressful for my sister and myself to manage. The move to Eagle View has been an excellent decision. All the staff have been extremely supportive and the few small issues we've had have been dealt with immediately. Mum's happiest when she's busy and loves all the activities that are regularly arranged. I would not hesitate to recommend Eagle View.

Can't praise this place highly enough. My mother in law has been placed here for emergency respite. She has been here for nearly a month now. They made her feel at home from day one. The staff are all very kind and caring and the place is always clean. Plenty of activities to keep the residents busy. A big thank you to all the staff.

Can't praise all the staff too highly, Mum has settled in well and always is happy and clean when we visit. They have some marvellous activities for the residents and singers who come in to entertain them which Mum really enjoys. Everywhere is always spotless and clean and all staff are friendly and helpful.

Our mum moved into Eagles View earlier this year, and we cannot fault it. The staff are amazing, and always very kind and helpful when we go visit. Lovely lovely people. So glad we moved mum here.

My father has been a resident of Eagle View since January of this year. As is expected, his need for full-time care was not an easy one, and not taken lightly, however Eagle View did everything they could to ease the transition. Since that time the care shown to my dad has been first class. Everyone from care workers, management, chefs, housekeeping have been outstanding. As a family we have been unfortunate enough with other relatives to have the experience of multiple care homes for other family members, and I can say hand on heart that Eagle View is the best. The care, consideration, respect and love (in the absence of their loved ones) is second to none. They take the time to listen to their residents, are always striving to enrich their daily lives and ensure maximum communication with family. Cannot recommend highly enough.

My mother was a resident at Eagle View for just over 5 months. Mum had a massive stroke on Easter Monday whilst in Eagle View and died in Eagle View (as per her wishes), 6 days later. The care we received before, during and after her death was outstanding. They let us have use of a bed close by to Mum, brought us snacks and drinks, and this made a lot of difference to us during this very difficult time. All of our needs were met with dignity and respect. All of the staff care deeply for their residents and their families.

My personal opinion is fantastic care home. My mother picked up lots and is very happy here. All the staff are lovely and really caring. All staff do a first class job, lots of activities for residents, Eagle View changed my opinion about care homes, I am so pleased.

My husband has lived at Eagle View for a couple of years as a family we could not wish for anywhere better. The staff are amazing so kind and caring, when you visit you feel welcome and at home. The new activities lady is wonderful, there is so much going on, so much fun for the residents. Eagle View is a happy safe place. The management team are always there to support you.

Since becoming a resident at Eagle View, my mum has received excellent care physically, mentally, emotionally and overall well-being. She and my family are treated with the utmost respect. Mum's dignity is preserved all the time. The staff are all warm, friendly and welcoming. Her room is always clean and tidy.

My uncle has only been in Eagle View for a week. I am very impressed with all the staff and the facilities I attended a residents meeting yesterday and was fully informed of everything going on now and in the future. This was followed up by an email immediately keeping us informed.
