My Father was admitted for a 28 day assessment following a hospital discharge. Despite him being readmitted to hospital and not completing the 28 days, I cannot speak more highly of the staff at Broadway Lodge. The staff were always caring, welcoming and kept us up to date at all times. They went
above and beyond with their care, and always showed a caring and loving attitude. Although my Dad would not eat much , the food we saw served to other residents looked lovely, and the staff tried everything, even cooking separate meals to assist his appetite. The Manager was great with his help and advice, a really positive experience.

I enjoy monthly visits to the resident/friend in my capacity as chaplain of the Royal Naval Association. You and he seem very content, all willing to talk or chat and read. He is in the best place for him and has memory loss.

My Mother was admitted to Broadway Lodge in early June and I have nothing but praise for the staff, they are so friendly and helpful and I have been kept informed from the very beginning. Mum seems to be settling in nicely and very much wants to stay and make Broadway Lodge her new home.

Nice, cosy home. Mom is well looked after, always clean and fresh and clothes always clean. She has a lovely room which is always clean and tidy and looks out onto a well-kept garden. Mum says the food is good and plentiful, I find the staff very able and friendly. Overall, I find Broadway Lodge
perfect for my mom.

Broadway Lodge has a "family home" atmosphere.
My friend settled in quickly and enjoys the company of other residents and staff. He actually feels at home after just a few months. He enjoys the food and looks healthier than he has done, over the last couple of years, living independently.

My father is new to the care home but the manager/owner and all the other staff have been very friendly, accommodating and keen to get Dad settled in quickly and as easily as possible.
Dad describes his care as five-star and although he is still grieving my mum's death, he knows he is in the best
possible place to be looked after.
The registered manager, in particular, has been excellent and quick to respond to any possible concerns or potential worries.
We would recommend Broadway Lodge.

My father recently moved into Broadway Lodge despite a great deal of reluctance but he has stated he couldn't be in a nicer place. The staff are amazing, attentive and extremely caring to all in their charge and the food is perfect. A proper home from home!
The manager and the team have made Dad's
transition an easy one.

After several visits I have found Broadway Lodge to be excellent. All the staff are polite and helpful. The care home itself is clean, warm, well equipped, friendly staff, the manager especially is very helpful, friendly and trustworthy. No worries or concerns, which is very reassuring.

My husband went into Broadway Lodge on a trial basis.
I had previously contacted and visited many homes and decided that this seemed the best. The owner and his staff were very welcoming and the place appeared very homely. The staff care is very professional and appropriate to each resident. The
main social rooms are cosy and welcoming and I would recommend this care home to anyone looking for care.

Around a year ago, my grandad was admitted to this care home (Broadway Lodge). He is extremely happy and we can see a positive change in his health and attitude. He is always well looked after, fed and very clean. When my family and I come to visit, we always feel a sense of community/family in the
home and the staff are absolutely lovely and kind with not only the residents but the families/visitors too.

When my grandad was admitted it was, for him, the beginning of a new and better life. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and love their job. They support the guests, both physically and emotionally, everyone is treated with dignity and respect. My grandad is very happy and recovered his sense of
humour. An excellent place.

My father is happy with the level of care he receives from the staff and speaks very highly of all staff, as he is fond of them all. From my point of view, he is well cared for and seems really settled and happy in himself. He looks forward to meal times, as he says the food is good.

I have been here for a year. The staff are so caring. I really enjoyed the ice cream van in the summer and am looking forward to the Christmas Party.
I love the food here.

My experience to date has been a good one. The care home is clean and comfortable. Food is generally good. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Staff are very attentive, can't do enough for residents. My friend is looked after very well. The property could do with a bit of a facelift and some activities organised/days out etc but overall, a lovely home environment and good food.
