The care given to my dad has been great. All the staff are knowledgable about Dad's needs and are always able to answer and questions we may have. Visiting is no problem at any time of day and we are made very welcome.

The resident I would like to mention has lived in springvale court for over 3 years and in that time there have been so many wonderful memories made thanks to the amazing staff who work there. Not least when they helped him celebrate his 57 th wedding anniversary with his beautiful late wife 2 years
ago. He is thriving and so very happy in the place where everyone including family and visitors are made to feel welcome and are invited to join in with all the great activities on offer. I couldn't imagine a better, safer place for him to live out his later years. A big thank you to all the staff, you are amazing x.

The very first time we walked into Springvale home i knew it was the best place for my mother, it felt so homely, welcoming and clean. Since moving into there (2 years ago ) she has had a new lease of life and is very happy. Every member of staff from the domestics to management are excellent, I
can't fault them. The carers are so patient , friendly and understanding and always treat my mam with dignity and respect and they always have time for the residents and family members.
I feel happy and confident that my mam is being well cared for and is happy in her surroundings.

At Springvale court we always feel very welcome when we visit my mam and it's always clean, tidy and very presentable every time.

Absolutely disgusted in the way that the staff in this home treat my mam and the states she was in when I visited her they never engaged with her and let her sleep for 6 years in a recliner chair and not encourage her to sleep in her bed.

My mam has recently came to Springvale few weeks ago she is waiting to be assessed on her needs, that are getting met at this care home, she really loves it here and made many friends had many activities through out her stay staff are lovely no faults at all with Springvale, the gardens are well
kept. Before my mam came here she was not to happy but after staying here she has changed her full outlook much happier and hopefully she can stay

When visiting the staff are all very friendly and helpful, also they are really good with the residents, very caring, always keep my family updated on any issues with my mam, my mam seems very happy and comfortable there.

Springvale Court is a lovely home with friendly, caring, professional staff. My Mam recently moved in there and the welcome we received was second to none. Every single member of staff introduced themselves and made us so welcome with a tea tray and cakes. A nice touch. From the minute we arrived we
knew it was the best home for her.
Mam has settled in well and we can now rest knowing she is safe and cared for. It's not an easy decision moving your parent into care, however they made a difficult time so much easier. The home pulled out all of the stops to get Mam moved in swiftly from a bad experience at another home. We can't thank them enough.
Without doubt this home is managed to an extremely high standard.

We have used Springvale for the past 18 month for Mam, and have always been very happy with all of the service's . Communication was excellent, and we have been impressed that any issues identified by Springvale with my mum's care have been raised speedily and dealt with. They were very good at
keeping us informed. We would get a call even if she had the slightest injury. This is a very professional and efficient home and staff which has really took onboard the problems of my Mams illness. They took too her from day one, mam was very reluctant to go into a home, but we had no choice, but the lasses had her killing her self-laughing within 5 mins, tea and biscuits were served immediately. They were always ready with a kind word for her, they loved her like their own, Mam was very happy in there, and she loved the Lads & Lasses back with just as much enthusiasm, I'm so glad we found this home for Mam to enjoy her final months. The manager and her staff are angels in disguise xx

Springvale is a comfortable, clean and caring environment. The staff provide excellent professional care and are very much focussed on the wellbeing of the residents. Staff are friendly and attentive. Above all Springvale is a safe environment. It is a welcoming place.

Having visited several homes within a ten-mile radius, I was confident that Barchester Springvale Court Care Home was the most suitable home to care for my wife. Having visited my wife several times a week for eight months, I know that I made the right decision. The home is expertly managed, always
clean and tidy and all the staff are friendly and efficient.

Mam suffers from dementia and has been a resident since February 2024. The day she was admitted was her 90th birthday and the staff gave her flowers, card and a cake on arrival, such a lovely gesture. Words cannot express how very professional, caring and sympathetic all the staff are. They have
spent a lot of money on extending and maintaining the garden which on a sunny day is a lovely place to sit. This home was the first one me and my sister visited and after looking around we made our choice. We have not been disappointed. Well done team Barchester Springvale Court Care Home.

My very elderly aunt was admitted some time ago to Barchester Springvale Court Care Home due to dementia. She settled in fairly quickly and seemed content. Over time, her condition deteriorated slowly until recently when she was put on end-of-life care.
The staff (all inclusive) have been
excellent. Their attitude, their friendliness, their care and professionalism have been second to none.
They have become my aunt's full-time family when we could not be. They have made a very difficult and emotional time so much easier to get through.
I have, in the past, worked within the care sector and know very well the difference between good, indifferent and poor care facilities. My background means I know what to take note of and I can honestly say that I had no concerns at all about the standards at this facility or the staff,
I would like to give my heartfelt thanks to all concerned.

My sister has been Springvale Court since March 2023. I have visited her regularly since. I found the surroundings and the staff very nice. There is a lovely atmosphere wherever I go. The staff are excellent and very caring, they have a great sense of humour and my family and I have great laughs
with them. I feel she is in a safe place and most days she is happy.

My sister has been Springvale Court since March 2023. I have visited her regularly since. I found the surroundings and the staff very nice. There is a lovely atmosphere wherever I go. The staff are excellent and very caring, they have a great sense of humour and my family and I have great laughs
