Springvale has been the home for my resident for 9 years, I have on the occasions to raise a query/issue been dealt with appropriately and efficiently. I have found the staff from matron to handyman most helpful.

My mam has been here for 3 years now and in all that time i have never had cause to complain. Infact the staff go above and beyond. Recently my son got married and the home went out of thier way to make sure she was escorted there for the ceremony and photos and escorted back safely. We cant...

We found out she was moving the Springvale Court. The Occupational Health Nurse revisited (April) and was amazed at how mum had changed. Mum was chatty, cheeky, full of fun, I barely had to say anything. The nurse asked me ''is this the same woman I met a month ago''. ''yes'' I confirmed ''it is''. The nurses assistant told mum ''hello my name is Matt'', mum said ''that's is not what your badge says, it says Matthew''. The visit was full of chat and giggles. Makes my heart sing to see her like this.

I have visited this home daily for over a year and I would 100% recommend to a friend/family member. The care is fantastic and the staff are lovely and residents always appear well taken care of. I will miss them dearly :)

The care given to my dad has been great. All the staff are knowledgable about Dad's needs and are always able to answer and questions we may have. Visiting is no problem at any time of day and we are made very welcome.

The resident I would like to mention has lived in springvale court for over 3 years and in that time there have been so many wonderful memories made thanks to the amazing staff who work there. Not least when they helped him celebrate his 57 th wedding anniversary with his beautiful late wife 2 years ago. He is thriving and so very happy in the place where everyone including family and visitors are made to feel welcome and are invited to join in with all the great activities on offer. I couldn't imagine a better, safer place for him to live out his later years. A big thank you to all the staff, you are amazing x.

Absolutely disgusted in the way that the staff in this home treat my mam and the states she was in when I visited her they never engaged with her and let her sleep for 6 years in a recliner chair and not encourage her to sleep in her bed.

Hello, my name is Rachel, and I am a housekeeper at Springvale Court. I have worked here since 2019. I love my job! No two days are the same. I love nothing more than a nice, clean home for all of our residents, families and colleagues.
I am also a trained Care Assistant to help when needed on a day shift, and you may see me in a green uniform more regularly from August, as I am starting to embrace the care role on a more permanent basis in order to deliver quality care to our residents, as this is something I am passionate about.
