Great service, however, should have tea and coffee service throughout the day. Also, should have tele on wall in the living area.

So impressed with all needs cared for. Has a lovely, happy vibe and management and staff are great. From the initial visit, they were so welcoming and informative. All staff are so pleasant and nothing is too much bother for them. Have seen so much improvement in my brother since his arrival, he is well cared for and likes the staff and his very pleasant room and food. He gets involved with all activities and outings and enjoys them very much, he says they are so good to him. Couldn't be in a better place.

Overall Experience

Generally staff are lovely, however, they can be dismissive when suggestions around care are made. My grandmother is always well dressed and looks well cared for, however, it's evident, her hair isn't always brushed. Meal options are well amended to my nanas taste so she is never left hungry - cleaners could make more of an effort to have a 'general tidy round' of her room as mouldy fruit was found in the fruit bowl ready to eat.. loads of activities for my nan to get involved in.
