Settled here, made friends with other residents. Enjoyed the visit with the children from local primary school.
Thank you for your comments.
Myself, partner and family were very happy knowing our Father was going to be a resident at Springvale Court Care Home. We were extremely happy with the care and support he received whilst staying at this home. We could see how happy and content he was on every visit. Dad was enjoying all the delicious meals that were on offer at every meal time and staff informed us he was eating very well. The home and interior surroundings were always clean and tidy. Staff and management were always friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem, always happy to help.
Thanks for your kind review.
The staff are good to speak to and are always smiling.

My wife is a permanent resident of Springvale Court. I am very pleased with her care. From her first day, she has been treated with the utmost dignity. I would like to say that all the staff and management are most professional and cannot praise them enough. Thank you.

My mother has been a resident in this home now for 3 1/2 months. Our whole family are most pleased with the care she receives and I personally would recommend this home to anyone.

Thank you for your kind review.
The home itself gives off a pleasant atmosphere. Very friendly staff and residents, nice aroma too!
The meals are great with lots of choice and cater for anyone with allergies, dislikes etc.
Rooms are a nice size, with en-suite too. My father is happy and content living here which settles me so I am happy too.
The senior carer we saw listened to everything we said and I felt she knew everything about our aunt, she gave us recommendations. We had plenty of time and wasn't rushed at all. We felt very happy about the level of care our aunt receives.
The staff look after my wife very well, she has a great relationship with them, the home is clean and cosy, couldn't ask for more.
My grandad has been in 1 week and has received excellent care. We are all very happy that Grandad has settled in and seems very happy. We are always made to feel so welcome to be here.
Lovely place, the staff are lovely and look after my mam very well.
I find Springvale Court a very pleasant place to visit. Staff are always pleasant and willing to help you if you have any concerns. Mam seems very comfortable here and I have peace of mind.
I feel my mam is getting very well looked after at Barchester Springvale Court Care Home. She is very safe and seems happy.
Good care, staff friendly and we are always made welcome.
Staff should be trained more and understand about working with people with dementia.
Great service, however, should have tea and coffee service throughout the day. Also, should have tele on wall in the living area.
