The staff are caring towards my mam and supportive with family issues if any. Mam recently broke her hip and required hospital admission and operation then recovery, the staff were amazing and very attentive. I don't know anything about the food and drinks but the juices/tea and coffee trolley is always about. I have not seen the activities in a while but I don't think mam would attend.

Mam came in 5 days before lockdown in March. I felt guilty and worried about her. The staff reassured me and put up with me keep phoning. Mam is doing great, she is well looked after, safe and even better now we can have regular visits.

Have always found the staff pleasant and helpful. The visit during Covid was well organised and the visitor room is excellently done. Just lovely to see relatives at a depressing time.

My Mother-in-Law is happy and healthy and more importantly, content. All the staff I have come into contact with have been pleasant and efficient. My Mother-in-Law obviously likes the staff and trusts them. At 92 she looks healthier and content since taking up residence. I personally feel she is safe and well looked after. I am kept up to date on her welfare.

Lovely care home run by excellent management and very caring, helpful and friendly staff. My mother has been in Springvale for about three years and apart from an odd query from myself, which was dealt with immediately, I have no qualms recommending this home to anyone. Thank you for all you do at Springvale Court.

So often we hear about the negatives of care, so I feel it is important to give praise and thanks which are undoubtedly due for the care my mother receives in Springvale Court. The staff remain excellent in my opinion, promoting choice and dignity. This has been a difficult year for everyone, so thank you one and all for your continued support and effort.

Visiting the new suite for visits under the Covid 19 rules. Staff explained before we entered the room. Mam was waiting and staff left us to talk which was great but only through the glass with a speaker. This was a wonderful visit after not seeing her for so long, only contact has been phone calls to Mam. I can only say well done to everyone for their care and attention to everyone. Looking forward to our next visit.

The care my mother-in-law receives from here is second to none, staff do an amazing job, especially under the trying times of Covid. They have kept families updated throughout and are always happy for you to ring and talk to your loved ones, the garden visits are a success with great social distance in place to protect the residents. Can not thank them enough for the care my mother-in-law receives.

I would highly recommend Springvale Court to anyone looking for their loved ones to be cared for. The management and staff have not only cared for and respected our father but also have been amazing towards us as a family. Nothing is a bother. The dedication and hard work the staff has shown my father has been unreal. Also, I must add this care home is immaculate. I will never be able to thank Springvale Court enough. The dedication of the full team has been outstanding.
My Dad has always received great care from all the staff. My Dad is always clean and tidy. My Dad always gives staff a big smile every time he sees all of them. They give him so much love and so does the management. I will recommend this home to others. Couldn't thank them all so much. My Dad is so happy here.
