A big thank you to all the staff that looked after my dad when he was here.
As care homes go your not going to get better than this I would highly recommend 10/10.....................................

My mother has recently moved into this care home and has been welcomed by all the staff and other residents.
The staff are all so kind and caring and have helped my mam settle with lots of reassurance and kindness.
The staff have also reassured myself that she is doing well as I was very
anxious.
Overall my experience has been fantastic.
The facitiles and staff are second to none.

Cannot fault Ashton Grange. My mother has only been a resident for just under 2 weeks, and she already says she cannot fault the staff, food and care she receives. She is homesick, understandably, but the staff are being patient and kind, spending time to make her feel so welcome. It is such a
stressful time for all of us, but to their credit, Ashton Grange is making mothers' transition much more comfortable.

Popped in for a Xmas visit with friend. Lovely home, very clean and my friend is clearly happy and well looked after. Her room was spotless. Staff very attentive and popping in to check on her And the food looked great too

Recently visited a family member and once again impressed by this care home.
Continues to create a friendly and informal atmosphere whilst not losing sight of the important and necessary practicalities.
Would recommend to anyone looking for themselves or a relative.

My friend moved in to Ashton grange in December the staff have been so welcoming and are so kind it feels like a proper home, she is involved in the home and the care given is incredible, we can visit any time not like the previous home I recommend this home and have no concerns she is so happy
which makes the family settled

Went for a look around to look at moving my mum there. All the staff were friendly and helpful, all the residents seemed well taken care of and the home itself was immaculate. They answered any and all questions and I would definitely want my mum to move there.

Parents have lived at Aston Grange for almost 2 years. Both are safe and well cared for. Dad's dementia does not allow conversation but he seems happy. HE is generally well - dressed but rarely has a pair of socks on his old feet.
Mum is more vocal - she relayed that she is safe and warm, but
would exchange all of the carer' help and support if she could go back to her own home - with dad - as he used to be!

The most homely, welcoming place! All staff are lovely, professional and kind. They even helped organise a birthday party for my nana and went above and beyond. It really does see like a 'home from home'. Small touches really make the difference - it doesn't smell or feel like some other homes I've

The care home is always tidy, cosy and well presented. Staff always appear friendly and attentive, and I'm always impressed on my visits. Recently, I visited my grandmother, who was very confused and a little unsettled. While I was there, the deputy head of the care home popped in and said he was in
to check on her. He had a good conversation with me and explained they were testing for a water infection and pushing fluids, which was very reassuring. He had a lovely manner with my grandmother and even offered to show me round the care home, as my mother is in a different facility, and I wanted to compare.

Staff very friendly, looked after really well, nice and clean, food very poor, bland food everything overcooked got no taste, can treat my room like my own home, got my own belongings, wallpapered my room, staff take care of me very well.

I visit my friend at your home and well, what can I say but the home is fabulous, the staff are lovely, welcome with open arms on every visit. My friend said it's the best move she has made she has never been happier. On the open day I visited, and "wow" what a fun day for all the staff were
incredible, never stopped, always smiling as they always are. Well done to you all for a fabulous job you do. Great bunch of staff.

I find all the staff very friendly and helpful. They always have old music, plenty of snacks at any time. My aunt's room is spotless. She always looks clean and tidy, and has her hair and nails done. The food also looks delicious. Definitely the best care home I've been in. It's beautiful and always
has beautiful Christmas decorations, Halloween, the King's coronation was decorated beautifully.

Caring, patient, thoughtful staff. Very helpful to both my parents (both in Ashton Grange).
Also very supportive to myself and my sister, who sadly don't live locally. They are medically well-trained, quick to pick up and act on any problems or issues.

Staff are amazing always around & friendly, brithdays always acknowledged, decorating room and providing buffet for family which was really appreciated and unexpected.
Relative always clean and encouraged and outings are common, staff chatty wtih residents and relatives always make time to
socialise whilst working.

When visiting all staff are friendly and speak. Any questions are answered to satisfaction. I find Mam is always looked after well, kept clean and tidy. Her room is always clean & tidy.

I find this home excellent. All aspects are first class. Staff are very friendly & always helpful. The home is very clean and decorated lovely. My friend is very happy here. Finally I must praise the staff as a whole. The care and friendliness is first class. I would certainly recommend this home.
