Staff very friendly, looked after really well, nice and clean, food very poor, bland food everything overcooked got no taste, can treat my room like my own home, got my own belongings, wallpapered my room, staff take care of me very well.

I visit my friend at your home and well, what can I say but the home is fabulous, the staff are lovely, welcome with open arms on every visit. My friend said it's the best move she has made she has never been happier. On the open day I visited, and "wow" what a fun day for all the staff were incredible,
never stopped, always smiling as they always are. Well done to you all for a fabulous job you do. Great bunch of staff.

I find all the staff very friendly and helpful. They always have old music, plenty of snacks at any time. My aunt's room is spotless. She always looks clean and tidy, and has her hair and nails done. The food also looks delicious. Definitely the best care home I've been in. It's beautiful and always
has beautiful Christmas decorations, Halloween, the King's coronation was decorated beautifully.

Caring, patient, thoughtful staff. Very helpful to both my parents (both in Ashton Grange).
Also very supportive to myself and my sister, who sadly don't live locally. They are medically well-trained, quick to pick up and act on any problems or issues.

Staff are amazing always around & friendly, brithdays always acknowledged, decorating room and providing buffet for family which was really appreciated and unexpected.
Relative always clean and encouraged and outings are common, staff chatty wtih residents and relatives always make time to socialise
whilst working.

I alway's visit at different times when I visit my Mam, whenever I go my mam is well dressed, her room is immaculate & the staff are alway very friendly & always update me on what my Mam has been up to. Due to her medical condition, she can sometimes be a little "difficult" but the staff always put
me at ease.

We cannot recommend Ashton Grange highly enough! From the moment we walked through the doors, it had a very warm, welcoming feel about it - a home from home. The staff are incredibly compassionate and attentive and go above and beyond to ensure every individual is comfortable and happy. The facilities
are spotless and very well-maintained. A lot of thought goes into all aspects of the care and service they provide. Knowing our loved one is in such capable and caring hands brings us great peace of mind. Having been transferred from another facility (a different company) following an extremely negative experience, we were blown away by Aston Grange - a shining example of how care homes should be!

I always refer to the staff at Ashton Grange as "angels in disguise." They all do an amazing job in the most challenging of circumstances. Nothing is too much bother for them.
My mother is still with us due to the exceptional care she receives. They also take an interest in me and are always welcoming,
despite their busy workload.

“For me, kind care means ensuring that every resident is treated as an individual and striving to provide the best possible outcomes for an excellent quality of life.”


Lesley has gained many years’ experience in providing care and support for older people to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and committed leader who is passionate about delivering the highest possible standards in care and quality of life for Residents.


Having worked at Ashton Grange for a number of years, Lesley closely shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. She uses her experience to motivate her team to deliver care and support in a way that Residents gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.


She also works hard to arrange events and activities with nearby organisations and is always quick to welcome the local community to Ashton Grange.


When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Lesley remarked: “I get a huge sense of satisfaction from giving residents the best quality of life possible and seeing them smile every day.”


Outside of work, Lesley enjoys travelling abroad, playing bingo and socialising with friends and family.
