Ashton Grange Care Home

Mam came into Ashton Grange from hospital and has settled extremely well. The staff are excellent, nothing is a bother to them. They have a fantastic attitude and care for all residents, family and friends. I would recommend this care home to anyone who needs it. The home caters for all the needs of the residents and the staff are trained to a very high standard. Cannot fault this home.

My husband lived at Ashton Grange Care Home for two years. I can't fault the staff or home, all was excellent. He was cared for to such a high standard, treated with the greatest respect and dignity. The staff are such a credit to this home.

I visited the care home open day, the home was buzzing with life. Residents were happy and well cared for. Visitors were included and the home was warm, friendly and clean. Exceptional day, the food was excellent and overall excellence to all.

My brother and myself are very happy with the care our mam is receiving. She is happy and has settled in well. Staff are all excellent and nothing is a problem to them.

My mother was not happy to come into care but with the obvious care and encouragement from staff she now seems very happy and settled.

The atmosphere in the home is refreshingly lighthearted and I feel very settled leaving my mother in their care.

I am very happy with Aston Grange. Very clean, good food and find the staff very good and it is from the local area.

My review went very well, everything has not changed. Doing some help in the home by doing meals and giving them to residents. I also clean floor and kitchen and tidy lounge and empty the things like kitchen attire and place mats and set it back ready for the evening meal. We have just had home refurbishment and decorated. It is beautiful everywhere, spotless and clean.

Absolutely delighted with the care and attention of the staff towards residents and visitors alike. The home is clean and well maintained. It is a credit to all involved keeping it to such a high standard. It is providing such a wonderful service to those who at their particular time of life and for whatever reason need it most.

My relative was very happy at Ashton Grange Care Home. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My brother has special needs and is sometimes hard work, but the staff supported and befriended him. He was always saying how much he liked to visit our relative and felt included in different events five star recommendation from us.

The home is excellent when your loved one needs looking after. The staff are lovely and supported me and my wife when we needed it. I would recommend this home to anyone. I would like to come and live here myself.

We have visited many times and on each occasion, we have been made to feel welcome, comfortable and served refreshments. We believe our aunty was treated with the greatest of respect and care and her life was enhanced accordingly. My friend lived in Ashton Grange for four years, during this time she was well looked after and very happy. I have experienced some lovely people here, she was thoroughly looked after by very competent staff! Thank you.

My Father has been a resident at Ashton Grange for the last few years. Sadly he passed away last weekend. I am comforted by the fact my Father had been cared for to the highest standard possible by kind and affectionate staff. I have lived in the home for six months, it is lovely and homely, food is good and staff can't do enough for me. I am very happy, my visitors come when they want which I like.
