The staff in the home are excellent, very caring and professional. My mother has Alzheimer's and the family feel she is being really well looked after by the staff.
The facilities are always clean and tidy and the activities are very good for keeping the residents engaged and active.

We visited a lot of care homes before suggesting to my mam on Roseleigh becoming her care home. What stood out were the staff and how they cared for the residents. Roseleigh has an excellent team of carers with a wealth of experience. They are professional, friendly and well-trained. They are led by
a manager who is always accessible and greets you as you enter or leave the home. We feel we chose the best care home for my mam and totally trust all the team with my mam's well-being and also they achieve speedy assistance from doctor's surgeries when the needs arise. I recommend Roseleigh.

Everyone is very helpful and pleasant. The respect shown to residents is exceptional. As a visitor, the staff have always been very accommodating to answering questions and helpful with sorting any issues. We know that the lady we visit is safe and looked after, what more could we really ask?

The staff are very caring and take my mother's needs as a first priority. She is very happy in Roseleigh. I would have no hesitation in recommending this care home.

In the two years that my wife has been a resident. The staff have shown nothing but love care and respect to all the residents and visiting family members. They keep me informed of any changes to my wife for which I'm grateful. Rate it 5 star - 100%.

Roseleigh care home is a wonderful place I would recommend looking no further than Roseleigh when choosing a home as it is very well led, offering a very high standard of care. All the staff provide an excellent service to the residents, they are friendly, helpful and approachable and staff trained
to a high standard. We as a family know our loved one is in a safe caring environment that delivers care in a person-centred way.

Fantastic home with really friendly staff who go above and beyond to help the needs of all residents. Would highly recommend to anyone who was thinking of placing loved ones into residential care, keep up the outstanding work ladies and gents.

I can honestly say that Roseleigh care home is the best for my mother, who has been there since June 2018. The staff are so friendly and make everyone feel welcome. Nothing seems to be too much trouble if mam needs anything. She is so well looked after which gives me and my siblings peace of mind.
Mam gets excellent personal care, but also lots of stimulation too. which in these strange times is needed more than ever. The food is all homemade and is excellent, the cooks are nothing short of miracle workers. There is always a good selection of savoury foods and amazing cakes and desserts. Mam's room is always kept clean and tidy and her laundry is done daily. Just like the cooks, the cleaners and laundry people are amazing. As with any large establishment, there are always DIY tasks to be done, and anything I've requested has been done to a high standard. The office staff are always on hand if needed, and are always friendly and professional. Mam is happy and that's all that matters.

The care my Mum receives is amazing. Her needs are complex and her health is deteriorating but the staff and management seem to take it in their stride and afford her kindness and dignity, they all seem to love their jobs and this shines through in the care they provide to the residents. Mum is
genuinely fond of the staff who care for her which gives the family peace of mind knowing that she is happy, safe and so well cared for.

The environment is lovely with all facilities and in a nice setting. However, what makes this home special are the staff, all the staff; they are excellent. They treat all the residents with respect and dignity, offering each resident individual care. They take into account their personal choices to
ensure all the residents are treated holistically, covering both mental and physical health. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone who needs their vulnerable relative looked after within a residential setting.

My mam had the best care at Roseleigh, from manager to cooks, cleaners, care workers, seniors, in fact everyone.

My brother is a resident and has lots of requirements, assisting with meals, toilet etc and general care is required at all times. He can be very difficult to deal with at times mostly he is easy going. I have found the staff excellent. This includes the kitchen staff his personal carers and
cleaners. He is not able to get out of bed.
