What can I say about this home and its staff. Jenny and her team are absolute angels. The care and compassion shown to my nanna whilst she was in their care was second to none. Nanna fit straight in and the staff made such a fuss over her and were always at her beck and call for cups of tea or for a
dance if nan felt like it.
Unfortunately my nanna passed away recently and I could see how heartbroken all the staff were and that's because they really cared. The staff put 100% into caring for their residence and also getting to know their families. I can hand on heart say I would recommend Jenny and her team to any family looking for 24 hour care for their loved ones.
From cleaners to cooks, from admin to activities coordinators, the team is compassionate and caring and deserve the recognition of this
If I had one criticism it would only be that the home does not receive a great deal of money for activities, but they do what they can with what they have got and try and bring some fun

My husband has only been in the home 1 week but the staff are just great. They seem to go above and beyond to deal with your needs.
My husband has a few more weeks to go in here but I have full faith he will be turned around by the staff and will be home in no time.

Due to having emergency surgery on 8/12/25 which has been life changing ie above knee amputation there was absolutely no pleace I would come for rehab except The Beeches as my husband is permenant resident upstars and I have a room downstairs. My care has been excellent and as an ex nurses I try to
be a good patient. I have confidence in everyone from management carers cleaning laundry staff handy man and activities and admin kitchen staff. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone. Without a doubt I would recommened The Beeches to anyone looking for a care home in the area.

My father has been in care of The Beeches for 4.5 years and has been very well looked after. I find the staff caring and helpful when needed. His key worker is excellent, she is compassionate, caring and hardworking and cares about the welfare of the residents.

Ann loves the home, it's the best one she has been in. She loves all the staff, they are so kind with her and Nicola (entertainment coordinator) is brilliant.

I have found the care home manager, carers and staff to be very efficient, caring, kind and friendly. Regularly informed of my loved ones health problems, which were dealt with immediately.
I would highly recommend this care home to anyone looking for an excellent place for their loved ones.

I have been visiting one of the service users for approx I yr. Visiting 1 or twice a week. I have been very impressed with The Beeches. The staff are ALL very welcoming and helpful. There is always a pleasant atmosphere in the home. The place is always clean, the users have a calmness about them
(content with where they are). There are lots of activities for the service users to get involved in. In the time I have been visiting I have never had an incident to complain about.

Over the past 18 months the service provided has improved greatly. Every member of staff I have had interaction with have interest in the residents and I feel they genuinely care. I would recommend The Beeches to anyone.

We can't tell you how lucky we feel to have hit the jackpot first time with this lovely care home. They have been looking after our beautiful mum who has Alzheimer's for the last few months. Mum's care is outstanding. She is cared for, loved and most importantly, safe. If you are considering The
Beeches then don't hesitate. There are lots of activities for fun and stimulation, trips out, cinema excursions, movie days, flower arranging, crafts, gardening. The list is endless. There is even a hairdressers and a 'cafe'.

Always a happy welcome when any of the family came to see mam who spent her last months at the Beeches. She was shown such care and compassion, we as a family could not of asked for anything more from the people who looked after her. Thank you to all of you xx.

Lovely care home with lovely staff. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making the last few months of our mum's life happy ones. She loved living at the Beeches and you changed her life for the better.
There are not enough words to express our gratitude, but we will be forever grateful

We visited my sister, coming from Canada, between April 6 to 20. We visited my sister several times during that time. We found all of the staff and carers very friendly and helpful who assisted us in anything we asked or needed. My sister's care was first-class and very caring. The home was clean,
the food was first class, we couldn't have asked anything more, our sister is in great hands, and we couldn't ask for anything more. Highly recommend. Thank you.

This is a very warm and friendly care home. The staff and management are approachable and if you have any concerns they are addressed immediately. Congratulations on gaining a food hygiene rating 5, from a 4. Richly deserved. The management and team are very productive in their roles and couldn't
wish for a better a place for my sister-in-law to be in.

The beeches has being looking after my mam, it's first class care, the staff are very friendly and always happy to help.
The carehome is clean and tidy and displays beautiful fresh flowers both upstairs and downstairs

Myself and my children visited my aunty at the weekend, we are from Essex. I was very emotional seeing her but I was very impressed by the care the staff give. They allowed me to stay with her all day, made me hot drinks, even offered me some lunch, I saw her lovely room all perfect. She loves the
music on the TV and loves her food. Seeing someone you love contented was a great relief to us all. Thank you ladies for taking care of her and all her needs.

Imagine being informed by medical staff on New Year's Day that your elderly mother cannot stay another night in her own home, and you need to find a care home immediately. We were then given a long list of local homes to call. The first two that we called could not help, as there were no senior
staff working that day. A third said they would call me back, but never did. I struck gold with the fourth call to The Beeches Care Home. I could not even finish explaining the issue when they said just come immediately. We were so relieved, and delighted. We were greeted at the door when we arrived, and nothing was too much trouble, and never was during the 17 night stay before mum sadly passed away peacefully, with a member of staff holding her hand. Every single member of staff is caring, considerate and thoughtful, and we cannot praise them enough for what they did for mum and us as a close-knit small family. The home is clean, and efficiently run with an air of calmness, and the rooms are lovely.

The Beeches is a friendly care home where carers treat residents with kindness and respect. It is under new management this year and is being well-ked by an experienced and proactive senior team. The appointment of an amazing activities coordinator means there's lots going on to break up the days
for residents and events for families to get involved in too.

I have just recently lost my dad in there. He declined so fast and had to stay there for approximately 4-5 months. All the staff were brilliant with him and his care was exceptional. I can't thank them enough and I know he was happy there. They now have my mother there and she is obviously grieving
and they are taking very good care of her. Thank you everyone.
