I have found all aspects of care for my sister excellent. The staff have a happy and caring attitude towards the patients and their families, The rooms are clean and comfortable with every facility which may be required. The food is excellent and of a very high quality and they cater for everyone's needs.

My mother in law stayed at The Beeches initially in an assement bed and then returned to stay until her passing. Without exception every member of staff showed her love and care from her first, to very last day. I would think you could struggle to find better care in a hospice setting. I am eternally thankful and grateful she was there.

Wonderful - Our parents are well cared for in a family atmosphere. All the team are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. Both our parents have never looked so well. Our thanks to you all. Both our parents have Dementia - but different forms and the staff team, go above and beyond to support their individual care needs.

All staff are very friendly and helpful.
Great activities and regular. Activities co-ordinator Nicola is fantastic.

Encouragement given to socialise and join in activities. Regular hairdresser makes such a difference. Management and maintenance man (John) are very receptive to requests, complaints, and needs to make changes for good quality living, clothes are cleaned and returned in good order.

My Aunt was a resident in The Beeches for Palliative Care and sadly passed away after thirteen days.
During her stay the staff were truly excellent. Everybody made her feel welcome from the Manager, Deputy Manager, Senior Carers, Carers, the Receptionist and the Handyman all went above and beyond to make my Aunts final days as comfortable and peaceful as possible.
They were genuinely caring, kind people and I couldn't have asked for better care.
The building is in need of some refurbishment, but the care and the food were excellent.

I was genuinely impressed with the support and compassion shown to both my Aunt and myself and I can't thank you all enough x

What can I say about this home and its staff. Jenny and her team are absolute angels. The care and compassion shown to my nanna whilst she was in their care was second to none. Nanna fit straight in and the staff made such a fuss over her and were always at her beck and call for cups of tea or for a dance if nan felt like it.
Unfortunately my nanna passed away recently and I could see how heartbroken all the staff were and that's because they really cared. The staff put 100% into caring for their residence and also getting to know their families. I can hand on heart say I would recommend Jenny and her team to any family looking for 24 hour care for their loved ones.
From cleaners to cooks, from admin to activities coordinators, the team is compassionate and caring and deserve the recognition of this

If I had one criticism it would only be that the home does not receive a great deal of money for activities, but they do what they can with what they have got and try and bring some fun

I have been visiting one of the service users for approx I yr. Visiting 1 or twice a week. I have been very impressed with The Beeches. The staff are ALL very welcoming and helpful. There is always a pleasant atmosphere in the home. The place is always clean, the users have a calmness about them (content with where they are). There are lots of activities for the service users to get involved in. In the time I have been visiting I have never had an incident to complain about.

We can't tell you how lucky we feel to have hit the jackpot first time with this lovely care home. They have been looking after our beautiful mum who has Alzheimer's for the last few months. Mum's care is outstanding. She is cared for, loved and most importantly, safe. If you are considering The Beeches then don't hesitate. There are lots of activities for fun and stimulation, trips out, cinema excursions, movie days, flower arranging, crafts, gardening. The list is endless. There is even a hairdressers and a 'cafe'.

Always a happy welcome when any of the family came to see mam who spent her last months at the Beeches. She was shown such care and compassion, we as a family could not of asked for anything more from the people who looked after her. Thank you to all of you xx.

Lovely care home with lovely staff. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making the last few months of our mum's life happy ones. She loved living at the Beeches and you changed her life for the better.

There are not enough words to express our gratitude, but we will be forever grateful to everyone for the kindness shown, and for the fun she had while she lived there.

Thank you so much
