When my nan went into the home I was really worried, however, when I went to visit and saw her room and met the staff my worries were alleviated. The staff are fantastic with my nan. The level of care and compassion they give is brilliant. My nan loves the activities and looks forward to them, nothing
is too much trouble for the staff and we as a family can relax knowing she is taken care of.

I was recommended the home by a friend whose parents had both been cared for here. The staff have been marvellous settling Mum in. During this COVID-19 crisis, the staff have been amazing, reassuring families and keeping the home virus free. They have kept the residents busy and happy in a time of great
uncertainty. They have tried hard to maintain a connection to the family for the residents. The care my mum has received has helped ease my concerns and I have confidence she is safe and having her physical and emotional needs met.

Would highly recommend this care home. The staff are absolutely fantastic they couldn't do more to help my nanna if they tried. They looked after my nanna and her family when visiting extremely well always made to feel welcome. When she was on her last few days we all stayed 24/7 with her and again
I couldn't fault they always asked if we needed anything, if we were all comfortable. It is just a fantastic place from the start to the finish.

My Nana moved into The Beeches 3 weeks ago and her health declined rapidly and she sadly passed away, the care my Nana received was absolutely fantastic and I cannot thank the staff team enough, they are so compassionate and caring my Nana was treated with dignity and respect right until her last breath
and I am forever grateful for that. They made the most unbearable moments bearable and looked after the family with so much love nothing was an effort. Thanks to the amazing Beeches team.

After looking at 5 other care home in Stockton, The Beeches stood out by a long way as being the right choice for my father-in-law's cae and future home. The staff management are amazing, totally dedicated and caring and nothing is too much trouble for them. I have complete confidence in leaving my

I came home from Canada on September 9th to find dad in hospital. We soon realised dad was going to need 24hr care. We visited 5 care homes in the area and felt The Beeches was the best home by a long way to fit his needs.
The staff from the management team to the handyman have made to move to the
home. A welcoming and comfortable experience. I am confident we have made the right choice for my father's care and our peace of mind. I can't praise the staff enough. Wonderful.

My sister likes The Beeches, the staff are all friendly and all talk to her and make her feel at home when she first goes in and gets her settled.
They try to keep them active and to keep their brains working. She likes the food and says it is good.

My dad had been in The Beeches Care Home since October 2018. Dad was up and down with health issues, dementia and infections.
At the end of December Dad was taken into hospital. Dad came back to The Beeches early January 2019. On the 16th January Dad took ill. The staff, both day and night, were absolutely
outstanding. Dad passed away early Thursday 17th January. As a family, we just want to say 'Thank you'. They all loved our Dad and cared for him until the end.

My mum has been in The Beeches for over 2 years now and recently was diagnosed with cancer. I want mum to go back to The Beeches rather that the hospice as she knows all the staff and feels safe and loved there.
The care, love and attention Mum was given was absolutely first class, we could not have
asked for more. Mum was on the 'end of life pathway' and deteriorated very quickly, we, therefore, stayed with her. We were given food and drink constantly, they could not have done more for us. The carers were absolutely wonderful and we cannot praise them enough.

The staff are helpful and understanding. There are all very friendly, I feel safe here and secure at night. I like to take part in the activities and would like more things to do. I am happy here and don't think my family could have found a better place.

I have only praise for the staff at The Beeches Care Home. My mother is well cared for and treated with compassion and dignity. I am kept well informed about all that is happening and have a good relationship with both management and staff. Mum has been a resident for more than 2 years now and is settled

A lack of hygiene, no container in the ensuite facility to place used incontinence pads. Always a smell of urine in the room and corridors. Tablets given by bare hands, no container used. Meals brought to the room along a corridor, not covered and barely warm. This was hard to manage sitting in a chair
with no tray to rest her plate. Had to ask for the room to be cleaned.

All the staff are caring and nothing is ever too much for them. They care for and love my mam dearly. She is happy and content which helps to get us through this horrible

My mam joined The Beeches Care Home in June 2015. After a shaky start, she settled well and it became home.


Due to the nature of mam's illness, I found the staff to be helpful, caring and loveable to her. They always had patience and understanding with mam which helped me cope with her agitation.


They always maintained her dignity which was essential to me as she was always a proud lady. Thank you to the EMI team at The Beeches. Eternally grateful.

I have been visiting Beeches Care Home since June 2015 and have always found the care and cleaning staff to be very friendly and professional. The quality and variety of the food is good and the staff always encouraged my mother-in-law to eat, drink and socialise. Due to my mother-in-law's illness,
