I have been visiting Beeches Care Home since June 2015 and have always found the care and cleaning staff to be very friendly and professional. The quality and variety of the food is good and the staff always encouraged my mother-in-law to eat, drink and socialise. Due to my mother-in-law's illness,
this was not an easy task.

My father was taken into care in an emergency situation when his primary carer was taken into hospital following a fall that required surgery and a period of recuperation. I had to arrange everything very quickly as my father had both advancing cancer and also on-set dementia, so he as very disorientated
and confused.


From the very first assessment interview, with the Deputy Manager from the Care Home was superb. He was considerate of and caring towards my father and encouraged him to visit the home for a "look around". This re-assured him hugely and made the transition from home to Care Home as seamless and easy as possible.


Once in the Care Home as a resident, the whole experience was massively positive. Whilst sadly, my father passed away in the Beeches in November, his 3 month stay was full of care, attentive support and positivity. I cannot recommend the Beeches in Stockton highly enough.

My Dad was admitted to The Beeches at very short notice when my Mum was hospitalised following a fall. This was a difficult time for my Dad as he suffered from Alzheimer's and was confused by the sudden change in his circumstances. The staff at The Beeches were friendly, caring, patient and thoroughly
professional throughout my Dad's stay. He passed away in November having received brilliant and dignified care from every member of the staff. He commented on the quality of care every time I visited him. I cannot thank the staff enough and would recommend the Beeches to anyone seeking residential care without hesitation.

My husband was taken in to The Beeches Care Home after I had an accident and broke my hip.


He was looked after by caring staff until he died, with kindness and dignity. Every member of staff was excellent, always pleasant and helpful to both me and my husband. I would recommend The Beeches to any

My wife is a resident as a result of a severe stroke where communication is very difficult. The staff and management have been very understanding in recognising her needs and responding accordingly. With regard to modernisation and maintenance of the facilities the management and staff work well in
maintaining and improving standards. Staff training is taken seriously and can be regularly seen around flip charts and various speakers. Hygiene is taken very seriously and odours are quickly dealt with, which means most visitor first impressions are favourable.

Staff really care about the residents welfare and despite some difficult challenges they always have a smile and a word for the residents and their families. Staff treat the residents respectfully and their welfare is always upper most in their minds. So glad I chose The Beeches for my dad.

I have no complaints at all, regarding the care my husband receives from every member of staff. They are definitely all are caring staff, I would most definitely recommend The Beeches, it is a bright and happy home. My husband seems to be quite content and as long as he is happy, that's all that matters.

My step dad had an accident last year which meant he had to be placed in a care residence. The Beeches was recommended by two people. My first view told me this was the care home he needed. Everyone from the manager down through all staff are wonderful and I have passed on recommendations to others
really impressed with the staff who are very friendly. They maybe care workers but the difference is that they really do care about their residents. My step dad was ill recently and they were really "on the ball" and kept me fully informed. I used to worry about him 24/7 but now I am secure in the knowledge he is in a safe environment. Plus he loves the residence and all the staff on his wing. Many thanks 10/10

This is a well presented home. Has a very friendly atmosphere. The staff are very welcoming, extremely helpful and their appearance is well presented. My mother receives excellent care, she is very happy there, she always praises the staff. Mum also says the food is very good. Cannot fault the cleanliness
of the home. I would recommend this home to others as the care given cannot be faulted.

My mother has been in this care home since May 2015 and myself and my family are very happy with the care she is receiving. I visit very often and always find the care staff very friendly and very caring towards the residents. I am kept well informed and always consulted about any health or welfare
issues. The home is always clean and tidy. Food and drinks are very good and plentiful. There is a general good atmosphere in the place. I was so impressed with the service that I recommend it to a colleague of mine who now has her mother in the same home.

Excellent care received by a thoughtful, considerate staff to maximise quality of life in a safe, caring environment. Friendly relaxed atmosphere in the home. The standard of cleanliness is extremely good and the quality of the food is excellent. A well balanced diet is always provided and a choice
is always available. My mother is happy here and enjoys the company of others. More activities to stimulate residents would be more welcome and the activities co-ordinator is currently on maternity leave.
