My sister likes The Beeches, the staff are all friendly and all talk to her and make her feel at home when she first goes in and gets her settled.

They try to keep them active and to keep their brains working. She likes the food and says it is good.

My dad had been in The Beeches Care Home since October 2018. Dad was up and down with health issues, dementia and infections.

At the end of December Dad was taken into hospital. Dad came back to The Beeches early January 2019. On the 16th January Dad took ill. The staff, both day and night, were absolutely outstanding. Dad passed away early Thursday 17th January. As a family, we just want to say 'Thank you'. They all loved our Dad and cared for him until the end.

My mum has been in The Beeches for over 2 years now and recently was diagnosed with cancer. I want mum to go back to The Beeches rather that the hospice as she knows all the staff and feels safe and loved there.

The care, love and attention Mum was given was absolutely first class, we could not have asked for more. Mum was on the 'end of life pathway' and deteriorated very quickly, we, therefore, stayed with her. We were given food and drink constantly, they could not have done more for us. The carers were absolutely wonderful and we cannot praise them enough.

I have only praise for the staff at The Beeches Care Home. My mother is well cared for and treated with compassion and dignity. I am kept well informed about all that is happening and have a good relationship with both management and staff. Mum has been a resident for more than 2 years now and is settled and happy which is a great relief for the family.

The staff are helpful and understanding. There are all very friendly, I feel safe here and secure at night. I like to take part in the activities and would like more things to do. I am happy here and don't think my family could have found a better place.

A lack of hygiene, no container in the ensuite facility to place used incontinence pads. Always a smell of urine in the room and corridors. Tablets given by bare hands, no container used. Meals brought to the room along a corridor, not covered and barely warm. This was hard to manage sitting in a chair with no tray to rest her plate. Had to ask for the room to be cleaned.

My mum is currently a resident in The Beeches care home. My dad was also a resident two years ago. The home is a very friendly home.

All the staff are caring and nothing is ever too much for them. They care for and love my mam dearly. She is happy and content which helps to get us through this horrible disease.

My mam joined The Beeches Care Home in June 2015. After a shaky start, she settled well and it became home.

Due to the nature of mam's illness, I found the staff to be helpful, caring and loveable to her. They always had patience and understanding with mam which helped me cope with her agitation.

They always maintained her dignity which was essential to me as she was always a proud lady. Thank you to the EMI team at The Beeches. Eternally grateful.

I have been visiting Beeches Care Home since June 2015 and have always found the care and cleaning staff to be very friendly and professional. The quality and variety of the food is good and the staff always encouraged my mother-in-law to eat, drink and socialise. Due to my mother-in-law's illness, this was not an easy task.

My father was taken into care in an emergency situation when his primary carer was taken into hospital following a fall that required surgery and a period of recuperation. I had to arrange everything very quickly as my father had both advancing cancer and also on-set dementia, so he as very disorientated and confused.

From the very first assessment interview, with the Deputy Manager from the Care Home was superb. He was considerate of and caring towards my father and encouraged him to visit the home for a "look around". This re-assured him hugely and made the transition from home to Care Home as seamless and easy as possible.

Once in the Care Home as a resident, the whole experience was massively positive. Whilst sadly, my father passed away in the Beeches in November, his 3 month stay was full of care, attentive support and positivity. I cannot recommend the Beeches in Stockton highly enough.

My Dad was admitted to The Beeches at very short notice when my Mum was hospitalised following a fall. This was a difficult time for my Dad as he suffered from Alzheimer's and was confused by the sudden change in his circumstances. The staff at The Beeches were friendly, caring, patient and thoroughly professional throughout my Dad's stay. He passed away in November having received brilliant and dignified care from every member of the staff. He commented on the quality of care every time I visited him. I cannot thank the staff enough and would recommend the Beeches to anyone seeking residential care without hesitation.

My husband was taken in to The Beeches Care Home after I had an accident and broke my hip.

He was looked after by caring staff until he died, with kindness and dignity. Every member of staff was excellent, always pleasant and helpful to both me and my husband. I would recommend The Beeches to any person looking for a care home.
