My sister-in-law has been a resident at Croft Avenue for just over a year and loves it, and has a very happy lifestyle, well cared for by all the staff who are so good with all the residents. There are always activities going on, quizzes, pop-up shop, different people going to play music etc. Even us visitors are made very welcome. I would recommend Croft Avenue to anyone 100%

I visit my neighbour every week and she looks forward to me coming. She has been in Croft Avenue for a year now. She is so settled and calls it her home. The staff are absoulutley wonderful with all the clients, the activities are brilliant and my neighbour joins in with them all, she helps outside in the garden area, she has always been active at home in the garden and this is lovely to see. Being a former carer myself, I would definately recommend this care home, and if and when my situation changes, this would be my preffered choice for a care home.

Absolutely fantastic care home. The staff are amazing. Lots of activities for the residents, good food and clean rooms. Since my friend moved in she has found a new lease of life. She joins in all activities and can often be found outside in the garden feeding the birds or planting bulbs in her pots. She thoroughly enjoys being in the home.

My mother has been in Croft Avenue for nearly 4 years now, and the care, attention and support have been top class since day 1. Croft Avenue has a lovely, homely atmosphere, the staff are friendly and caring, there are many activities for residents to enjoy and participate. Many thanks to the kitchen, laundry and cleaners - behind the scenes and the carers out front! Cannot thank everyone enough.

We are extremely happy that our mother is being looked after in a lovely, homely setting which has lovely views across to the hills. As a family we can relax knowing she is safe and is being cared for by a dedicated team of carers who ensure her needs are met sensitively. From the minute you walk through the door you are made to feel welcome, everyone is kind and friendly and everywhere is spotlessly clean.

Dad has been a resident at Croft Avenue since March 2021. He gets on well with the staff and feels his needs are being met. Neither my dad or I have any negative comments to say about Croft Avenue. His room is always clean & tidy and the staff are always friendly & positive. Only concern is the lift to first floor is always out of order & on one occasion, my dad had to use the stairs, he has very poor mobility.

My dad and mum are both looked after and safe. All the staff are so friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Croft Avenue Care Home is like one big family and I'm very happy my parents are being looked after so well.

Dad has only been at Croft Avenue for 2 weeks. In that time we can see he is being cared for by a team of dedicated carers who put the residents first. They have made him feel welcome in a calm, friendly, relaxed way. There is laughter, fun and above all a sense of humour, which dad has responded to well. We are always made to feel welcome when we visit any requests we have are dealt with promptly and efficiently, nothing is too much bother! The food is very good, always plenty of choice. There is a good variety of activities available, we are so pleased to see dad is joining in. We as a family are extremely happy with the care dad is receiving. Thank you to all the staff at Croft Avenue.

My husband has been cared for at Croft Avenue Care Home for almost two years. The staff are amazing - always so very polite and so very respectful of the residents. Special mention to the receptionist who always welcomes us with a huge smile.

My mother's care is very good and she is very content. Her room is always clean and tidy and the staff are all very pleasant and welcoming. She enjoys the food and the many activities that the staff organise.

There is a great atmosphere in Croft Avenue, the staff are helpful and informative. Residents are looked after and my friend is always happy here. Any concerns are dealt with efficiently.

Mum has been at Croft Avenue for about 6 months now and I can't speak more highly of how she is being cared for both physically and mentally. The care staff have been excellent and it takes a weight off our family's shoulders to know that she is being so well looked after.

I visit a friend who is a resident, so I don't have any comments on some aspects shown below. However, the lady I visit seems happy and cared for. The staff I have encountered treat her with respect and are friendly and approachable. There seems to be a lot of joy in the place and it has a welcoming and pleasant environment.

My grandmother has had a rough few years with illness and prolonged hospital stays, leading to us having to find residential care. I can honestly say I had serious doubts about Croft Avenue, but a week in, she was thriving! She is spotlessly clean, entertained and well-fed, and it is heartwarming to see the relationship she has with the staff!

Eating well each. At table with 2/4 people. Full meals, cup of tea and biscuits - each day. Mostly brushing my own teeth. Enjoys having visits from me and 2 brothers and local female with sister in Australia and family in South Scotland. Walks herself around the home - up and down from own rooms walking to and from meals and toilet. Likes doing knitting in different colours. Pleased with support and encouraging of staff.

All the staff at Croft Avenue are kind and caring. They treat each resident as an individual and cater to their needs accordingly. I feel that my mother-in-law is safe and well looked after.

Excellent care home with lovely staff and a lovely environment. Real sense of companionship and the communication from the staff was brilliant from the start. Can't thank you all enough and we would recommend Croft Avenue to others considering care.
