My mam is very happy at Chilton care home. She has told me that she is very pleased with the staff, her room, the food & care. I've not seen her this happy in a while.

Over the moon with staff, management, facilities. Mother in law has settled very quickly and has actually made friends in the first couple of days making her not feel at all lonely Her appetite has improved too which is great news to us all, she looks forward to meal times now. Knowing she is not alone at night is a huge relief. Thank you to all involved.

Great care to given to our mum. She is very happy in Chilton Care Home has made friends and loves the staff who care for her. She is very settled here she has been in for nearly two years she has the best care in the home.

The care they give is above and beyond exeptional I've never meet such a lovely team of people the receptionist is always welcoming and helpful and goes out her way and the manager is always smiling and going out her way to make sure the residents are happy .I would highly recommend this care home to anyone it is like a big family home with such lovely staff thank you for not just looking after my friend but always making me feel so welcome and looking after me too as a visitor

I have found the staff very friendly and attentive to my mothers needs. Always displaying patience and understanding with my mother. The staff members try their best to encourage mum to interact with other residents and members of staff to help build bonds. Overall very impressed with Chilton Care Centre.

My mam went into the care home in October 2024. Staff were in the foyer to welcome her and myself. They were friendly and there is always a friendly atmosphere. Since then they have always made sure that her needs are met and that she was settled and comfortable in her new surroundings and home.

My mother has been in the home since February 2025. She ahs settled well. The home gives her everything she needs. The manager welcomed her on her first day. She enjoys the activities and always praises the staff. While visiting at different times of the day I have found all staff pleasant and helpful. The home is spotlessly clean and everyone seems quite at home here. All in all a good choice.

A joyful experience of visiting my mother. The staff are very helpful and kind to both my family and particularly my mother, they not only provide a fantastic care package but they entertainment on to keep the residents occupied. The food is of a very high standard. I personally am very grateful to all of the staff for the care and compassion shown to not only my mother but the whole family.

Went in to visit mam, she was sat with other residents having a cup of tea, one of the carers said 'we have a lovely video of your mam dancing with one of the carers' just the two of them sharing a joke and a dance. It was lovely to see. This shows me she was happy. She has a good relationship with the carers and she was relaxed enough that her personality came through. Personally it brings peace of mind knowing shes in good hands.

Our mam has the best care and she loves being in Chilton Care home and is settled there and she wishes for any care to be done in the care home and does not want to go into the hospital unless absolutely necessary as she is very scared of hospitals and feels more confortable in Chilton Care Home. The staff are excellent.

Excellent staff nothing is ever a bother always on hand to help. The facilities are brilliant they go out of their way to help you. 1 of the best care homes I've been to visit.

Staff are always very helpful and inform us regularly with any updates. There are lots of activities to help keep the residents engaged. We are always welcomed warmly by all staff every time we visit. The staff always go above and beyond for mam and all of our family, we are extremely pleased with her care.

The care staff are always very welcoming and appear happy at their work. The communication is good and always keep family's informed of health situations. I think staff would greatly benefit from more training regarding denture care and skin care/maintaining health skin. The staff are always happy to help and appear kind and nurturing.
