Chilton Care Centre

My 92 year old mam is a new resident at Chilton Care Home its not easy for families to trust the care of a loved one to some one else and it is an anxious time for the resident and their family however I feel happy that Mams needs are met, she is safe and well cared for 24 hours a day and is setteling in very well. The home is well run, the manager Maxine Smith and her team are approchable understanding and caring. I feel Mam will be very happy there.

A fantastic care home. The staff go above and beyond to provide a friendly and safe place. My Dad is well looked after and happy here. I couldn't ask for anything more. I can relax knowing he is in safe hands.

My wife spent the last four days of her life in this care home. She was treated with dignity and kindness the whole time she was in. The staff also treated myself and any visitors with kindness and understanding, nothing was a problem, they were constantly visiting the room to check on us. Since her death I have visited the care home on many occasions and have been made very welcome. I would not hesitate to recommend Chilton Care Centre.

A well run home with a caring, resident focused ethos. My Mum is ver happy there, she says staff allow choices, do not enforce rigidity or are at all 'pushy'. She says staff are kind, approachable and considerate.

Very friendly all staff but especially Donna all residents that we seen were well dressed amd clean rooms clean the best care home we have ever been to. Very well done to all staff. Even the activities are great

My dad been in Chilton Care Centre a year come Jan. He absolutely loves it. The staff are very friendly and caring, always make you feel very welcome.

My mam is very happy at Chilton care home. She has told me that she is very pleased with the staff, her room, the food & care. I've not seen her this happy in a while.

Over the moon with staff, management, facilities. Mother in law has settled very quickly and has actually made friends in the first couple of days making her not feel at all lonely Her appetite has improved too which is great news to us all, she looks forward to meal times now. Knowing she is not alone at night is a huge relief. Thank you to all involved.

The care they give is above and beyond exeptional I've never meet such a lovely team of people the receptionist is always welcoming and helpful and goes out her way and the manager is always smiling and going out her way to make sure the residents are happy .I would highly recommend this care home to anyone it is like a big family home with such lovely staff thank you for not just looking after my friend but always making me feel so welcome and looking after me too as a visitor

I have found the staff very friendly and attentive to my mothers needs. Always displaying patience and understanding with my mother. The staff members try their best to encourage mum to interact with other residents and members of staff to help build bonds. Overall very impressed with Chilton Care Centre.

Great staff and a safe secure home for my brother.

My mam went into the care home in October 2024. Staff were in the foyer to welcome her and myself. They were friendly and there is always a friendly atmosphere. Since then they have always made sure that her needs are met and that she was settled and comfortable in her new surroundings and home.

My mother has been in the home since February 2025. She ahs settled well. The home gives her everything she needs. The manager welcomed her on her first day. She enjoys the activities and always praises the staff. While visiting at different times of the day I have found all staff pleasant and helpful. The home is spotlessly clean and everyone seems quite at home here. All in all a good choice.

A joyful experience of visiting my mother. The staff are very helpful and kind to both my family and particularly my mother, they not only provide a fantastic care package but they entertainment on to keep the residents occupied. The food is of a very high standard. I personally am very grateful to all of the staff for the care and compassion shown to not only my mother but the whole family.
