The carers do an absolutely fanrastic job loooking after the residents. They work very very hard and show kindness and respect towards the residents. There have been some fantastic activities over the summer. My grandchildren love coming into the home to visit there great grandad as well as the other residents.

My mother-in-law has been a resident for the past 8 years and has had excellent care and support in the time she has been there. The staff cannot do enough to care for and look after the needs of the residents. My mother-in-law is always happy there and we could not have found a better care home for her.

My mum has been a resident in Langley Porch care home for almsot 8 years. Throughout this time she has been treated with the utmost dignity + respect. Her ever-increasing needs for support and care are always met. The staff are approachable and always make time to explain things. I have absolute trust in this caring team, and have peace of mind that my mum could not be in a better place.

All staff are great and very friendly and welcoming. Was an activity day for residents all who seemed to enjoy it. Very boosting for residents to be involved.

Since my dad arrived here in February 2025, I have nothing but the highest praise the care and attention he has received. It is obvious all the staff care very much about their residents, management communicate with me constantly about my dads wellbeing. All the girls are brilliant and everyone is always smiling. They are a credit to their profession!

Always a reassuring experience. Staff and management ready to answer questions and keep me and my brother well informed. Able to communicate freely with the family of other residents which seem to be reassuring for both family and residents. Encouraging to see fire alarms being tested regularly. I've never heard any complaints about food, in fact quite the opposite, they all seem to love the food and certainly the mid morning and afternoon refreshments cater for all needs. Positive and pleasant staff very important and we have that at Langley Park.

Every time I have come to the care home to visit my mum I have found the staff to be very pleasant and caring. They have always made me feel welcome and have always answered all of my questions concerning my mum. They always seem to try and help the best way they can. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and they answer my questions to the best of their ability no matter how difficult the seem to be. My mum seems to be very happy and looks a lot better than she did before she came here they try their best to help her and the family at this very difficult time. All I can say is thank you!

Brilliant staff - they obviously care very much about the residents. Nothing is too much trouble for them! I am in no doubt that my dad is very well cared for!

Langley Park care home care is above and beyond what I have expected for my father. They are so attentive to his needs at all times. He is very content and happy in Langley Park. The food and facilities are very good. His room is always very clean and well kept at all times. All the communal areas are clean and bright. There's lots of brilliant quizzes and bingo session also sing along and activities to join in to. Staff always have a good relationship with my father they are always very chatty and full of fun.

The care home provides a good standard of care for my aunty. She is now settled well and feels safe, warm and cared for. If I ask staff for anything that needs attention or that I'm worried about, the response is usually quick and clear. Management and staff communicate well. Looking forward to using the outside area (garden). No doubt this will need some attention after the storms.

On entering the care home there is always a warm, friendly greeting from all the staff. I find they all work so hard looking after the residents. The food looks lovely and is always well-presented. There is often fundraising to collect money for charity and the home. Overall I am very happy with the care my Dad gets and pleased we chose Langley Park Care Home.

Our father came to Langley Park care home at the end of May 2024, and he absolutely loved being there. The staff are so friendly that he wished he'd come earlier! He particularly enjoyed Fish and Chip Friday and the freedom he had to order his own things online, which gave him a degree of independence that he enjoyed.

My Dad has been in Langley Park since the beginning of June and is now a permanent resident. I have to say how grateful I am to the wonderful staff who care for him. Dad was slow to settle and took a while for him to leave his room. He now visits the lounge daily and tells me the staff works very hard and he couldn't manage at home now. He likes the food. I find my visits (3-4 times a week) are very pleasant and feel quite at home myself. Everyone is so friendly.

I visit a service user regularly and have been very impressed by all the staff at Langley Park Care Home. They are always friendly and welcoming. They are always cheerful and engaged with the service users. They treat all service users with respect and as individuals.

My Mum is nearing the end of her life and I couldn't hope for a better place, or better staff for her to end her days. My Mum has been cared for with tremendous compassion, respect, and dignity by every single member of staff. As well as catering to my Mum's personal and medical needs, the staff have also helped me, as next of kin, with advice and assistance regarding various administrative matters. I will always be indebted to the managers, and all the great staff at Langley Park Care Home, and therefore, I would happily recommend the home to anyone looking for a safe, professional, and tremendously caring environment for their loved one.

Mam has been at Langley Park Care Home for well over a year and a half now and the home has exceeded our expectations (family). She is very happy there and really loves the carers. She is always lovely and clean with her hair nice and tidy. She seems to pick her own clothes and gets to wear her favourite jumpers etc. Mam was really ill during November 2023 but the staff pulled her through. They sat with her and fed her even when she didn't feel like trying to feed herself. It's taken a while but she looks so much better now and I really can't thank them enough for the care they gave her. I don't see the food so can't comment.

It was a Tuesday afternoon on my mother's birthday when I arrived the party was in progress. The entertainment was excellent, the staff were excellent they engaged with the residents getting as many as possible moving. All in all, it was a very positive experience. My Mother received excellent care throughout as did the other residents.

It was a bright sunny afternoon we were welcomed at the door by the staff. It was my Mother-in-laws 101st Birthday. The party was in full swing with residents and staff enjoying themselves with the singing and dancing. The young entertainer brightened everyone's day.
