Langley Park Care Home

The staff are very welcoming to visitors, no matter what time you go into the home.

Both my mam and dad were cared for in Langley Park Care Home staff were abso fab loads of entertainment lots of singing and dancing. They also done loads of crafts which everyone enjoyed played bingo and many more things so theres something for everybody. Often see some of the residents having a little walk round the village which is lovely to see them outside stopping to have a little chat with them weather permitting. Overall a lovely friendly atmosphere with staff and other residents well done to everybody who makes the home so welcoming.

My mother in law has been in Langley Park Care Home for over 2 years. Staff are so friendly and Betty is well cared for and happy. The staff are approachable and look after Betty's needs far better than we could as she has Alzheimer's.

My mother is a resident in the care home at Langley Park. I visit her about twice a week and I can honestly say love to come to this care home. I find the staff and the loveliest managers and team leaders always pleasant and helpful. All other staff are fantastic. I have no issues with this care home. Jade the receptionist, is very sociable and helpful.

Very pleasantly situated. Nice back garden. Staff are nice to get on with. Always try to be helpful. Entertainment is very acceptable and frequent. All in al good home.

My wife is well cared for and happy. This is most re-assuring to me.

There have been some fantastic activities over the summer. My grandchildren love coming into the home to visit there great grandad as well as the other residents.

My mother-in-law has been a resident for the past 8 years and has had excellent care and support in the time she has been there. The staff cannot do enough to care for and look after the needs of the residents. My mother-in-law is always happy there and we could not have found a better care home for her.

My mum has been a resident in Langley Porch care home for almsot 8 years. Throughout this time she has been treated with the utmost dignity + respect. Her ever-increasing needs for support and care are always met. The staff are approachable and always make time to explain things. I have absolute trust in this caring team, and have peace of mind that my mum could not be in a better place.

All staff are great and very friendly and welcoming. Was an activity day for residents all who seemed to enjoy it. Very boosting for residents to be involved.

Since my dad arrived here in February 2025, I have nothing but the highest praise the care and attention he has received. It is obvious all the staff care very much about their residents, management communicate with me constantly about my dads wellbeing. All the girls are brilliant and everyone is always smiling. They are a credit to their profession!

Always a reassuring experience. Staff and management ready to answer questions and keep me and my brother well informed. Able to communicate freely with the family of other residents which seem to be reassuring for both family and residents. Encouraging to see fire alarms being tested regularly. I've never heard any complaints about food, in fact quite the opposite, they all seem to love the food and certainly the mid morning and afternoon refreshments cater for all needs. Positive and pleasant staff very important and we have that at Langley Park.

Every time I have come to the care home to visit my mum I have found the staff to be very pleasant and caring. They have always made me feel welcome and have always answered all of my questions concerning my mum. They always seem to try and help the best way they can. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and they answer my questions to the best of their ability no matter how difficult the seem to be. My mum seems to be very happy and looks a lot better than she did before she came here they try their best to help her and the family at this very difficult time. All I can say is thank you!

Brilliant staff - they obviously care very much about the residents. Nothing is too much trouble for them! I am in no doubt that my dad is very well cared for!

They are so attentive to his needs at all times. He is very content and happy in Langley Park. The food and facilities are very good. His room is always very clean and well kept at all times. All the communal areas are clean and bright. There's lots of brilliant quizzes and bingo session also sing along and activities to join in to. Staff always have a good relationship with my father they are always very chatty and full of fun.

The care home provides a good standard of care for my aunty. She is now settled well and feels safe, warm and cared for. If I ask staff for anything that needs attention or that I'm worried about, the response is usually quick and clear. Management and staff communicate well. Looking forward to using the outside area (garden). No doubt this will need some attention after the storms.
