Langley Park Care Home is fantastic. The staff are the most dedicated and caring group of people. We were a family at breaking point when our relative was admitted due to severe memory problems, self-neglect and been a persistent ambulance caller, and after months in and out of hospital going round in circles, we got a place for our relation in this home. They have transformed his life. They have built him up, gained his trust, and support him in ways we just couldn't manage. Their care and support are outstanding, they have changed our relations' life. He adores the staff and is now in good health and engaging with others because of the support the care home has provided. We are eternally grateful to each and every staff member and thank them from the bottom of our hearts.

Excellent care home! Can’t praise the staff enough for everything you do for my Nan. Outstanding carers! Nanna has never been happier than when she moved to this care home. Carers give my nanna exceptional care.

Even through lockdown the fun has still carried on. Thank you so much to all staff.

I cannot praise the staff enough. My dad went into Langley Park Care Home just as lockdown happened. This was extremely difficult for us but the staff were amazing. They have made sure we can keep in touch with my dad via phone and spend so much time with him talking about us and looking at family photos. They also share photos and videos with us so we can see how he’s doing. There has also been a massive improvement in my dad’s physical and mental well-being. I feel so reassured that he is being so well cared for. You’re all amazing! Thank you so much!

I can't thank the staff at Langley Park Care Home enough for their care, kindness and hard work. They have done everything possible to keep the residents happy and safe during the pandemic and to keep families involved and informed.

Both my parents resided at the care home. Mum from November 2018 until she passed away in February 2020. Dad from January 2020 until he passed away May 2020. We cannot praise the staff enough for everything they did for mum and dad. Absolutely fantastic. They kept the family updated, really important when you live in other parts of the country. Thank you.

My friend's dad is currently in this care home and my friend is always singing their praises. They have coped with the Covid 19 situation with extreme professionalism and always put the needs of the residents and their families first. Her dad has been very happy in the home and my friend's stresses have been taken away from her so 'thank you so much'.

We put our mother in care as we could no longer meet her care needs at home. It was a difficult decision for us. Nan is not easy to care for. Staff have gone beyond any reasonable expectation and their care during COVID 19 is absolutely exemplary. We are very proud and deeply appreciative of the care provided to our elderly resident and all residents at the home. They have been kept safe, well and loved which in present circumstances and pressures on care homes, is simply well above brilliant. A model care home for our much loved elderly relatives.

I want to thank the staff for their commitment to the residents of this care home. Their professional attitude and caring ways, make it a place of peace and relaxation for all concerned. It is always a pleasure to visit, everyone welcome and no stress. The manager and team make it a special and homely feeling, without this care home a lot of elderly people would have no future. My mother has come on a lot since being looked after at this home. Once again, thank you to all the staff for their commitment.

Langley Park Care Home is cosy, clean and decorated beautifully with lots of colour and memorabilia to remind the people residing there of their past and make it feel like home. The staff are caring and helpful including carers, domestic and kitchen staff, they all contribute to the wellbeing of the residents. The activities are excellent and the management are always on hand to give advice and support.

My nanna's been in several care homes throughout the years and this is by far the best! I’ve never met a team of people who care so much about their residents and do such a good job! Such a friendly team and they do an incredible job with all of the residents, couldn’t ask for anyone better to be caring for my family.

Outstanding home, always something going on for all residents, every member of staff deserves to be paid their worth, I know this role isn't an easy one, it's like one big family. Would not have my mam anywhere else she is so well looked after and her care and quality come 1st.

My mother came into the home in October 2019, where she still remains. Throughout this time the staff have been in regular contact with me, advising me as to my mother's health and well being. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. I am totally confident that my mum is receiving the best of care.

This place is amazing, the staff during day and night couldn’t be more helpful in every aspect of service. Always keeping residents occupied with things to do and treating them with respect and kindness, as if they were their own family.

Mum been in this home since late march, she seems so much happier, joining in with the activities and interacting with the staff, who are wonderful, very caring and friendly. Would recommend the home to any prospective families
