My experience with Grosvenor Park began five years ago when a close friend became a resident. Even then, I was impressed by the kindness and compassion shown to residents and their families.Five years later, I needed that same care for my mum, who has dementia. After caring for her myself for five years, we reached a crisis point and I could no longer manage. It was one of the hardest decisions of my life, and I worried whether she would be safe and truly cared for.Grosvenor Park has given me enormous peace of mind. My mum is not simply looked after-she is genuinely loved. The staff, from management to carers, treat her with patience, dignity and kindness, always going above and beyond. The home is clean and welcoming, but it is the people who make it special. It doesn't feel like a care home; it feels like a family.I can finally be Mum's daughter again, knowing she is safe and surrounded by people who genuinely care. I will always be grateful to the whole team.l
