Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are sorry to discover that you are feeling this way. We understand how important it is for you and your wife to be near each other, and we appreciate how difficult it must be given your individual health needs. While our team must balance tailored care plans for each resident, we know this can sometimes cause frustration especially when expectations dont match reality. Your concerns about care routines, room servicing, and communication have been shared with both the Home Manager and Regional Manager. They have investigated and taken steps to address the points raised. Were especially sorry for any distress caused by how support was delivered over the weekend. Please be assured we take these matters seriously. If there is anything further we can do to support you and your wife, we would welcome a direct conversation. The management team remains available and committed to improving your experience. Thanks again for your feedback.
