My mother has dementia and has been in Riverside for over 1 year. The care she receives is 100%. The staff treat my mother with dignity and respect at all times. Here are plenty of activities for my mam to get involved in, if she wants to. In my opinion Riverside View is without doubt the best care home in Darlington. The management and staff are a credit to the company and really do care

My mother in law has been in Langley Park Care Home for over 2 years. Staff are so friendly and Betty is well cared for and happy. The staff are approachable and look after Betty's needs far better than we could as she has Alzheimer's.

My mother is a resident in the care home at Langley Park. I visit her about twice a week and I can honestly say love to come to this care home. I find the staff and the loveliest managers and team leaders always pleasant and helpful. All other staff are fantastic. I have no issues with this care home. Jade the receptionist, is very sociable and helpful.

Very pleasantly situated. Nice back garden. Staff are nice to get on with. Always try to be helpful. Entertainment is very acceptable and frequent. All in al good home.

My experience with Grosvenor Park began five years ago when a close friend became a resident. My father received amazing care at the home. The care workers always showed patience and care even when dad was being difficult. They kept the room clean and tidy and made sure Dad was always smart. We would recommend it to anyone.

I have family resident living at St Helens the staff are very professional kind and caring the home is clean and catered for all the residents ..activities for all levels who live there are thought out very well each day there is something going on .

St Helen's is such a wonderful home with genuinely caring staff who consistently go above and beyond to make sure every resident feels comfortable, supported and valued. From the moment you walk in, there is such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that really makes the place feel like a true home rather than just a care facility.

Communication is excellent and they always take the time to help both residents and families feel reassured and supported.

Mum has been in the care home now for 3 months, which was temporary to begin with, but we have decided to make this a permanent arrangement. She is cared for on the dementia floor and often engages in activities on the ground floor. She has settled now and enjoys the company of the staff and other residents. Staff are always friendly, caring and comforting to her. We have noticed how difficult it is for the staff who are dealing with dementia residents, and on some occasions, feel more staff would be beneficial. We do feel any issues we have with mum's care are always dealt with professionally.

The St Helen's Team are amazing. They have supported not just my father, but our whole family through a very emotionally difficult time. We were immediately welcomed into their care home environment as though we were extended family. The care showed to residents to meet their physical, nutritional and emotional needs is very evident. All residents appear happy and interact well with each other and staff. Facilities are clean and well maintained, with appropriate spaces available to meet the various needs of the residents. I would have no hesitation in recommending St Helen's to anyone. They should be proud of what they achieve day to day and the care they provide. Thank you to all.
