I'd like to thank the staff who did their best to care for my late mam Margaret, you know who you are as i personally thanked you & let you know I appreciated you, as for the management, the deputy & the upper management I am disgusted that we had 7 safeguarding meetings over a 15 month period
regarding lack of care, poor food, failure in medication, lack of reporting accidents, lack of risk assessments, lack of personal care, lack of regular stimulation & activities, falsifying documents, the list goes on and on to the point we had to move mam during end of life care as the failures continued, we had so many meetings & was filled with so much lip service, excuses & not enough action, I asked management if I could put a camera in mams room but was denied twice, i spent hours almost everyday making sure mam was ok & taking her out giving mam some quality of life, I did mams washing as that was also a shambles. Management didn't even say goodbye on mams last day there, speaks volumes..

I visited my brother David, he was in the care home for 3 weeks of respite. I enjoyed going in to visit him as they were very kind and helpful towards my brother. I would recommend anybody going into this care home. I would like to thank all the staff in the care home.

My stepfather was in Grosvenor Park Care Home I was very happy how they looked after him the staff were lovely and kind I looked forward going in to see him I would recommend anybody to go into this care home I would like to thank everyone for their support.

My partner was in the Grosvenor Park Care Home for three weeks and he was very well looked after all the staff were wonderful nothing was too much trouble for them. All of my partners visitors also spoke very highly of all the staff were very kind and pleasant.

I enjoyed been in the Grosvenor Park Care Home I got lovely meals and the staff were kind to me I was in for 3 weeks and I loved every minute of it I would go back the same care home again. Thank you for having me.

My mother in law has been a resident in Grosvenor Park Care Home for nearly six years now and we have all been very happy with the care she has received. She is well looked after and the staff understand her needs well. Communication between staff and ourselves is well maintained and we are always
informed of any changes or updates to her health. Staff are kind + courteous + respectful of her needs. The home itself is clean and inviting and they have a range of activities for residents to take part in. Overall we are very happy with all aspects of Grosvenor Care Home.

My mother is a resident at Grosvenor Park Care Home, the staff are all absolutely brilliant. The level of care and attention she gets is fabulous. It's a comfort to know that she is in good hands. Well done.

The staff are worth there weight in gold. Everyone happy, friendly and nothing is too much trouble, they go above and beyond for residents and their families 5* care home. A big well done to all of you and thank you for everything you. I highly recommend this care home.

We visit our friend, every time we meet her she is clean and tidy, pleased to see us, which reflects on all the staff who do an amazing job. Full marks to everybody at the care home, we know your jobs are not easy. Thanks for all you do for all the residents.

My mam was brought into Grosvenor Park Friday 14th March by ambulance transport after being discharged from hospital. She was really weak, confused and not eating or drinking very much at all. Within 1 week she has massively improved - I went in today (Friday 21st March) and she is socialising,
singing, really enjoying her meals and is back up and about on her feet. The staff and manager have all been brilliant with her! Hopefully she continue over the next few weeks.

My dad enjoyed being here. Most of the staff are very friendly and they care about his languary (he is czech republic). The staff try to translate for his needs. And he is safe here and always happy.

On the rare occasion I have had to bring something up, the staff have sorted it out for me as soon as possible.

The staff at Grosvenor Park Care Home are very caring and attentive to all Mam's needs. Nothing is too much trouble. They are a credit to the home. Mam is very comfortable and enjoys all the activities the home provides, especially the music and entertainment. In the summertime, the garden is a
lovely place to sit and enjoy an afternoon cup of tea.

I have found that the care support is excellent and the management and the running of the home are good. Mam is very content and really enjoys the activities. The cleanliness is always kept to a high standard and the food is first class, always home cooked. In the warm months, she enjoys the patio
and the garden which is kept lovely.

My mum is very settled at Grosvenor Park and the staff treat her with dignity and as an individual. The staff are friendly and understanding and approachable. I am always made to feel very welcome when I visit and have got to know the staff well. I am confident that my mum is well looked after and
should there be any concerns for her welfare that members of her family would be informed.

Overall I had a great experience.
The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly when I first arrived. The food requirements wasn't fully catered for. All staff were excellent. I was made to feel so welcome. The main complaint was the cleanliness of the kitchen in the residents' dining area, the microwave,
toaster and kettle were dirty, filthy until they got a new one and the inside lid of the kitchen bin was never cleaned, it was filthy.
