Heatherdale is a wonderful place. The staff are excellent, they are called carers, & they genuinely care.
My Mum is so happy there, which helps me knowing she is cared for, safe & well fed. Nothing is a bother. I really can't thank them enough

I can't speak highly enough of Heatherdale. My Mam is cared for to the highest standard and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. My Mam always has a smile on her face and loves being part of Heatherdale. The food is always lovely and the cleanliness is always very high.

My wife has been in Heatherdale 1 year and half, I cannot thank them enough for the genuine love, care and consideration they give to my wife. The management and all staff are always there for me when I visit they always have a smile and a friendly chat, they show understanding and empathy towards

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the care that is given at Heatherdale. It is welcoming and inclusive, a real home from home. Nothing is too much trouble. My step father has challenges and this home is meeting them with care and respect, not only for him but also the wider family.

The staff are very friendly. There is always plenty of activities for the residents to take part in. No one is left out, no matter what their disability is.

My mother spent nearly 3 years in Heatherdale & throughout that time she was very well looked after. All of the staff & management were very professional & when my mother deteriorated & lost the ability to walk, they were happy to keep her at the home even though it meant extra work for them. There
was always a full progreamme of entertainment and activities and birthfays & special occaions were always celebrated. Myself & my family would like to express our gratitude to everyone including in the care of my mother.

Support from Heatherdale is good and my Aunt has been giving care to support a range of health needs. This is flexible to her changing needs, to help inform a best interest decision. Heatherdale is a warm, welcoming place, beautifully clean and seasonally decorated with friendly and genuinely caring
staff. They love what they do and deserve a 10/10 review. We have been happy with the care given and wish them all the best for more positive reviews.

My father went to live at Heatherdale after a sudden decline in his health meant he could no longer stay in his own home. The staff made him feel very welcome, right from the beginning. His room was bright and clean and had a view over the beautiful gardens. Dad was able to join in activities when
he was well enough and thoroughly enjoyed himself, there was always something going on when we visited. Dad loved the food and the meals were always well presented and tempting. I cannot praise the staff enough for their care of Dad. He became very poorly and they always treated him with care and dignity. They always went the extra mile for him. Every member of staff is kind, caring and approachable. They always found time to answer our questions and reassure us. Heatherdale is a lovely home with brilliant staff and I will always be grateful to them for making my Dad's last few weeks stress free and comfortable.

Just a great big thank you to all the staff at Heatherdale for making a really difficult decision go smoothly. The care that Mam receives is nothing short of amazing. Nothing is ever a bother. They keep you informed of everything you need to know.
From Mam starting with daycare, then respite, and
now resident the support for Mam and the family has been fabulous and very much appreciated.
Mam has settled well, the activities and interaction with staff has been beneficial for Mam's physical and mental well-being.
Thank you the manager and all the staff for your kindness, compassion and dedication, you make all residents and their families happy, cared for and welcome.

She has been very well cared for and all of the staff are very kind and helpful.

For the two months I have been visiting, the care home and staff have been excellent and made a difficult transition very pain free. They support the resident and family very well and answer questions quickly and effectively.

My mam has been a resident at Heatherdale for nearly a year now, it was the biggest decision I have ever had to make. But from the day I went to look around I can honestly say I knew straight away it was the best home for her. The staff are just brilliant, all of them, totally resident-focused, the
kindness, compassion and sympathy they show to the residents and family members is above and beyond what you would expect. Nothing is a trouble to them. We were going to have her come for breakfast and lunch on Christmas Day but they have so much on in the morning we have had to skim it down to just lunch. Absolutely a fantastic place and it's all down to the staff, purely brilliant, thank you all for making Mam's stay with you a happy time, would recommend Heatherdale 100%.

It will be a hard task to write a review which does justice to the love, care and support my father was shown when he became a resident at Heatherdale. From the moment you enter Heatherdale you can feel the warmth and affection between the staff and residents and the sense of community that exists.
From the very start, the manager and her staff made the transition for my father from living independently at home into residential care as stress-free and happy as they possibly could. Any request no matter how trivial was answered with the manager's unswerving response that this was now my father's home so of course his wishes would be complied with. The compassion and professionalism shown by the manager and every member of her staff cannot be praised highly enough. The respect and welcome shown by all of them to everybody who enters Heatherdale and the obvious pride they have in their home is a glowing testament to the love and hard work they all share. With my gratitude always for your kindness.

The care given to my friend by Heatherdale was exemplary during his two-year spell until he sadly passed away. Heatherdale is well managed with compassion and consideration. My mam has been a resident at Heatherdale for around three months now and I cannot praise the staff enough. They have developed a wonderful culture of genuine care and compassion which filters into every aspect of the residents' lives. They have worked very closely with me to understand my mam's
needs which can be quite complex at times. My mam really enjoys living there and is always entertained with the many activities that the team works so hard at. This is an amazing place and anyone would be lucky to be placed here.

If you are looking for a care home for a loved one then look no further than Heatherdale. My mother has been a resident since April and her behaviour (due to dementia and a brain injury) has made her challenging, to say the least. Their determination to keep her calm and settled is extraordinary and
I cannot thank them enough for keeping my mum safe. Every member of staff always has a smile and the food and rooms are excellent. I feel very lucky to have found Heatherdale.
