I can't praise this care home enough my mother stayed there from September 2024 until March 2025, only leaving due to her needing more care that unfortunately they can't give, she was always happy when I turned up for visits, they would give us as a family the warmest welcome. My mother was always
clean and the home itself was spotless. She enjoyed all her meals the food always smelt gorgeous, we had the opportunity sometime to have freshly made cake and biscuits.
I would like this opportunity to thank all the staff for treating my mother how they would treat their own family members.

The staff at Elm Villa are highly professional in all aspects of their care of their clients. However, this care is always administered with tenderness and individuality. As a “partner” of a client, I always receive a really genuine warm welcome and am kept informed of “how things are”. Thank you
