Mum has really settled in at Chirk Court, they support mum very well and she has an appetite again which is wonderful to see. Every member if staff says hello to her wherever she is in the building. I would certainly recommend Chirk Court for somewhere to go for dementia sufferers.

I am delighted with the care and support Mum is receiving at Chirk Court since moving there after a lengthy hospital stay. The staff are excellent and I cannot praise the staff in Dyffryn enough as they really seem to have got to know who my Mum is and she is clearly happy there. The facilities at Chirk Court are great. The rooms are large and always clean. The activities coordinator has tailored these to Mum's needs. Mum loves the food and drink - the staff really took time to understand Mum's likes & dislikes, so she is given what she enjoys. I would highly recommend Chirk Court!

Dad has been at Chirk Court since early August and I visit regularly. Whilst the quality of the room, facilities and food is important and my view is that it is of very high standard at Chirk Court, it is the care from the staff that is the most important. The staff on the unit treat Dad with respect and dignity and are always ready to answer my questions. I feel that they go out of their way to put a smile on his face and respond to his needs. They also pro-actively give me little updates about his day which helps put my mind at ease.

From my first contact with Chirk Court regarding my father, their response was professional, caring and compassionate. Their contact was kind, respect and friendly with my father. They ensure his admission to Chirk Court has smooth, quick and a very warm welcome. The staff on the unit he is on are very professional, friendly and approachable and display good communication with myself and my father.

My mother in law has been a resident here for the last 3 yrs and she is very happy here. All the staff are excellent at looking after all the residents and one always there if you need them. We have no worries of my mother in law being a resident here she is looked after every day. Everything is excellent here.

The care my sister is receiving is more than exceptional. I can't praise the staff enough. The cleanliness of the home is spotless. Food is amazing. Overall the staff and management are friendly and can't do enough for you.

The staff at Chirk Court have always been very patient and understanding in looking after my wife. The administration has been accessible and fast in responding to any questions and support that I have needed. All in all, I'm very satisfied.

I have been three times since my mother has been there. She is well catered for in a good environment. The staff are excellent and the facilities are good.

The facilities and rooms are excellent, so clean and tidy. There are lovely communal areas where residents can meet, rest, exercise etc. Even an outdoor space with pleasant gardens. There is also an entertainment room with plenty going on for residents and their families to enjoy. Last but certainly not least the staff are really lovely.

From the assessment at my aunt's home to the day of admittance, next day. Everything was fantastic. The home is incredibly clean, staff are very professional and caring. She has settled and as a family we couldn't ask for more. Management are always available to speak with.

From the first contact with Jane by telephone we have been consistently delighted with the care offered to my aunt. The staff, whether caring, administrative or support, are consistently pleasant, professional and caring. I cannot praise Chirk Court enough. It is not a care home, its a home from home for clients. Food is excellent, as are surroundings, entertainment and care services.

My uncle Les was well looked after and loved his food. Gardening was his love and had opportunity to do weeding etc in the gardens. Well done Chirk Court for making his time here special. Best Wishes

My M.I.L (E) moved into Chirk Court July 2025. My mom (B) also resided at CC before her death. When looking for a home for B, I visited practically all in this area and thought CC was definitely the best. The facilities are second to none, the atmosphere is calm and inviting. Each wing is kept spotless and is spacious, airy & homely. All staff are friendly, informative and treat residents with respect.

I am happy that my wife is being cared for to the best of the staff's ability. She does seem to get on with most of the staff. Many do seem to go the extra mile to help her.

My father in Law has been a resident at Chirk Court for a couple of years.The staff are excellent and very welcoming. The rooms are lovely with en suite facilities and the whole place is clean and bright. They will adapt food to accommodate his tastes and there is always a cup of tea available.He's very happy there and so are we that we found such a good home.

The friendly staff always make you feel welcome and I know Dad appreciates very much the relationships he's built in his time staying here. Added to this now is the sensory garden which really does make a difference, providing a different space and environment.

He has been in Chirk Court 12 months now and he has settled in well with the staff and residents. As much as he wants to be in his own home and doesn't want to be anywhere he does feel that this is now his home. The staff are great, understanding and helpful in all areas. Not just for him but also for family members.
