Mam gone into Meifod this week hardest decision I have ever had to make, but after some challenging weeks due to mixed dementia this is what was recommended. The staff are amazing they have supported me comforted me and reassured me and my mam seems settled and content. Thank you all soo much for everything you have done and will be doing going forward.

Gran is looked after well. She loves her room and the friends she has made. Great activities and lovely seating areas. The food is enjoyed by her and she says the staff are really friendly and nothing is too much for them. It's just nice that she feels at home there and not bored every day. Everyone is always welcoming and management are always there to answer questions.

I have been coming to the home for more than a year now and I'm so happy the way my father is card for and looked after. The food is excellent, care is excellent, staff are brilliant and the manager is always there for anything and time. My father is very happy here and I would recommend this home to everyone.

Since my friend has been at Meifod, she seems so much happier. There is always a lot to do, and carers are very helpful and friendly. Management are welcoming to everyone. I've enjoyed listening to the music events very much too. Food is good, nice room, lovely patio areas to sit and enjoy the sun.

I am very pleased here and settled. I go out with a Be Friender every other Friday. Food is good and I am very happy.

When I collect the resident to take out she always looks happy and has a smile on her face, she always looks smart and tidy and her hair is always immaculate. Staff are always helpful and pleasant. Lovely homely environment.

Mam is well looked after by the staff. Bedroom is always clean and tidy and we are always notified of any changes in behaviour/health.

Since my mum moved to Meiford she is much happier. The staff have been fabulous with her and really made her come out of herself. She is eating much better and socialising. She loves her little room and feels very at home. It's the best I have seen her in years. She is very well looked after.

My nan has enjoyed being here, her confusion has slowed down, she seems happy and healthy. She has made f=friends, and loves being around the staff members.

My sister came to Meiford in June 2024, I was concerned about leaving her, as I had been her carer for many years. My concerns soon disappeared seeing how well she fitted in. It is like she has a new family and is being cared for in a professional and caring home. I am always made welcome and kept up to date by manager and staff. I highly recommend Meiford.

We have been visiting our friend every week for three years and have always been impressed with the care and attention that she, and the other residents receive. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our friend is happy as are the other residents.

Meifod is a lovely homely place full of laughter and music. Moy mother-in-law is settled. Staff are very kind and helpful management always keeps us up to date. Food is nutritious. Rooms are nicely decorated and I'm happy to see that my mother-in-law is happy and enjoying life.

Gran is looked after by all the staff. They all are smiling and helpful whenever I visit. Gran has a comfy room in which she likes to spend time. We get regular updates about events from the management. It's comforting to see her happy and settled.

My cousin has struggled to be in a care environment but the staff have been great. Lovely, friendly atmosphere. Everyone has been so supportive.

The carers are welcoming and friendly and attentive. The management are friendly, informed and professional. Lovely entertainment programme. The decor is tired along with soft furnishings and in need of modernisation and updating in communal areas and the bedrooms.
