The care my mum receives is the excellent and the activities provided are fabulous they do there utmost for the residents at Xmas to provide that the residents have nice time cannot praise enough for all they do

A lovely home a home from home the residence get to do activities and have animals come into the home from time to time there is also entertainment for the residence plays and sing songs with the staff doing shows the staff are friendly and care for the residence and in the summer do activities
outside the staff also take some of the residence out in the warmer months
They also keep families up to date on there loved ones if you require in my view I'd give 100 percent every time going on the way they have looked after mum

I am more than happy with the care my mother receives in all areas , the staff and management are great all so , my mother tell me that the staff can't do enough for her and that she is extremely settled.

I can praise them enough they look after my mother so very well we have peace of mind mind knowing how good the level of care is and mum always look happy and cared for , her room is always kept to a very high standard her clothes are well looked after and she is always dressed nicely , her hair is
always clean and tidy we are so happy with the home and the staff and management

I visit my friend in Kinmel Lodge and I cannot give details of items I have not witnessed. However, the home has continued over time to improve its lounge and dining room, which makes the lodge more comfortable. The staff/carers are wonderful and for me that is the main thing. I know the patients
have been out to the zoo in Colwyn Bay, which must have been stimulating for them.

I am writing this review to express the heartfelt gratitude to the manafe and staff, for the care and kindness they have shown during the three years my wife has been there, and it is of great comfort to me and my family to know she is surrounded by people who treat her with patience, dignity and
respect. I would also like to thank them for the support they have extended to me personally. Their openness, communication, and willingness to help has made my journey less overwhelming.

When visiting a friend I found the staff very kind and well-mannered. They seem always to be very busy doing their tasks but always find time to greet you and help you to the person that you are visiting.

When visiting my friend Sue, I have known Sue for over 50 years, she always looks clean and smart due to the care of the staff who look after her. They surely work so hard and are always very busy and very pleasant. They also keep the home very clean and tidy, and are a credit to the home.

My mum has resided at Kinmel Lodge for several years. The staff at Kinmel Lodge have monitored and amended my mum's care as her dementia progresses. Recently during a care review it was suggested that a recliner chair would benefit my mum who has begun leaning to one side. I sourced the chair,
Kinmel Lodge happily took delivery, set it up safely and disposed of her old chair. The staff take the time to understand individual residents' needs, which is fantastic and a great source of reassurance.

The home seems to care compassionately and treat the mother in law well ...my mother in law says she likes the carers ...which is a weight off our minds ...they even make us feel welcome and not in the way...can't say anything bad ..

Positive experience from first enquiring for respie care with the manager to Mum returning as a permanent resident a few weeks later. Staff are a credit to the home, without exception, polite, friendly, caring and considerate.

The visit today was interesting, we were shown around inside and out and all looked very presentable. Staff very friendly and informative. Residents seem to have a very good activity programme.

My mother-in-law since being here has had the utmost care and support. All staff are welcoming and caring. Kinmel Lodge is by far the best care home in North Wales!

Mum came to Kinmel Lodge in March 2021, during COVID. She was quite poorly and I thought she wouldn't last a few weeks. They have looked after her with great care and dignity. Staff and management are always available to discuss her health and any problems have been dealt with quickly and
efficiently. Mum had her bedroom recently decorated and it's lovely. They have gone out of their way to provide a hospital bed and mattress for her. She is very happy. I would highly recommend this care home to anyone.

Kinmel lodge it s highly recommend, mum is well looked after. The staff are very professional at all times but kind and considerate, nothing is too much trouble, I am kept informed at all times about how mum is doing, by phone and email. The home provide plenty of activities which mum takes part in
the. Mum settled in very well.

I am happy with the care my wife receives, I am extremely happy how the home prepared my wife's birthday for her and set up a lovely table and made us a lovely meal for her birthday dinner. Making myself and her feel very special.
The home go above and beyond to help my wife.

Since my mother-in-law has gone into care at Kinmel Lodge she is happier than she has been for years. The care and support the staff give the residents and their visiting families is amazing. They really engage with the residents and have activities that keep them active on a daily basis. The
atmosphere is so upbeat which really helps when you get to the stage of a close relative being in need of dementia care. Finding such a great place is a huge relief that we can be sure that our relative is getting the best care available.

All the staff - from the manager to the domestics work cohesively and professionally and all genuinely care about the residents. Before coming into Kinmel Lodge my mum could hardly walk and always used a Zimmer, now she walks with a stick and can easily walk a few miles! It could be the delicious
meals, it could be the various activities and the person-centric care but ultimately my mum has a quality of life that we never thought possible. Thank you!

Can't believe how well Mum has been doing since staying at the home. She's happy, always laughing and doesn't stop eating!
The staff all go above and beyond, making sure Mum's personal care is always done discreetly and maintaining Mum's dignity.
Mum loves the food that the exceptional cooks
provide every day, with a menu to rival any restaurant. She even eats salad, which she wouldn't eat before.
The entertainment programme is amazing. Mum especially loves the singing on a Friday.
I can honestly say that the home has given Mum a fulfilling life, with her dementia.
