Parkside is a very homely environment with kind, caring staff. The lady that arranges and carries out the activities is exceptional. It's a lovely, calming and friendly environment for the residents. It's reassuring for me that my husband is a resident at Parkside.

I have nothing but praise for this home. The staff and managers are all amazing. The care was over and above what I expected. I was always made to feel welcome. It has a lovely homely feel, and always smelt clean with no odours. Nothing is ever too much trouble and anything I asked for was done in
seconds. I was always kept informed of any changes, or concerns.
If you're looking for a loving caring home for a loved one this is certainly worth a look. Standards are high and has an excellent Inspection reports. Well worth a read. Keep up the good work parkside your an amazing team.

Outstanding Care and a Truly Homely Environment
I cannot recommend this care home highly enough. From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed into a warm, friendly, and genuinely caring environment. The staff are exceptional kind, patient, respectful, and always willing to go the extra mile to
ensure residents feel safe, valued, and happy.
The care provided is person centred, with staff taking the time to really understand each resident's individual needs, preferences, and routines. Communication with families is excellent, giving real peace of mind that loved ones are being well looked after.
The home itself is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with lovely communal areas and activities that keep residents engaged, stimulated, and socially connected. The atmosphere feels more like a family home than a care setting.
It's clear that dignity, compassion, and quality of life are at the heart of everything they do. I am extremely grateful for the care and support provided.

I'm so glad that we found a home that truly took care of mum 100% as we would have done if we had been able to.
Mum was taken good care of the quality of care and compassion shown every single day. The staffs are incredibly dedicated, attentive, and treat all residents with genuine kindness and
respect. Nothing ever felt rushed. Everyone is cared for as an individual not just a routine.

My experience is 100% satisfied. The care is first class, the staff go the extra mile to look after my mother. The accommodation is very good with emergency call facilities. The staff always make me happy that my mother is well looked after. Knowing that she is loved makes me very grateful

My mum lived at Parkside for just over three years. Once settled mum was happy, felt safe, made new friends & engaged in different activities in the place she came to know as home. Staff from the housekeepers and hairdresser, carers, senior carers to the managers went above and beyond to
promote mum's wellbeing. They were kind, friendly, thoughtful and importantly, cared and supportive relationships were built with mum and her immediate family. Communication with local GPs and, when needed, me as nok, was timely. Nothing was too much trouble. The home was always clean and warm with a welcoming atmosphere. Mum's care, particularly over the last year of her life, was excellent and mums comfort and dignity in dying and her eventual, expected death and support of immediate family throughout this time were prioritised and promoted. Their kindness will never be forgotten.

Parkside is a cosy residence, warm and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and caring. There are many activities arranged for the residents which Mum enjoys. Overall the residence is very good and I would recommend it to others.

Mum has lived at Parkside since April 2021. We are so pleased that she was able to get a place there as she is so happy and settled. The staff and care provided are excellent. The atmosphere is always welcoming and relaxed. It is always immaculately clean and fresh smelling. We would highly

I'm a resident and have been for the past 5 years. I've been accommodated when a different room has become available, I've has first choice. I like joining in with activities, particularly the quizzes and outings (weather permitting). It's the small touches the staff do for me that makes my time
here agreeable.

I am a resident at Parkside. It was the best decision I made and I am very here. I enjoy the activities, especially exercises and singing. The staff are all very helpful and kind. We have entertainment every week, which is very enjoyable. When the weather is nice, we can spend time doing things in
the garden including planting.

Parkside House is a wonderful care home. The staff are kind and caring and have provided incredibly high standards of care for my granddad. The environment is warm, welcoming, homely and there are fantastic opportunities for activities or quiet time as it suits the person. Communication is
excellent. The care my granddad has received has helped him really thrive and enjoy a great quality of life, with the support he needs.

My Mother has been living at Parkside House for over 6 1/2 years. The care, support, and love she has received there has been outstanding. All the staff are very pleasant and kind. My Mum is always happy and she tells me 'It's like a hotel here' when I visit her.

The basics of my decision to place my wife at Parkside House were largely based on the ambience of the home but also the welcoming and caring attitude of the staff I met. My wife was looked after excellently on a day-to-day basis. She was always clean, neatly dressed, and well-fed. We were kept
fully informed of any issues that arose and I always felt we as a family and Parkside were formerly in dealing with and resolving problems with my wife's well-being taking preference over any other matters.
As a family we are always made to feel very welcome and the staff could never do enough for us to let our minds at ease. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Parkside as a very well-managed caring and homely environment for prospective residents.

This is a first-class home. The staff and management are excellent, and understanding, and treat residents with dignity, privacy, and respect. The staff listens and acts on what you have to say. The home always smells fresh and clean, the food is always tasty, presented well with plenty of choice.
The activities are great and provided 6 days a week. As a family, we are delighted with the services Mum has received. The communication is always clear and concise. A friendly and welcoming home.

My Father has been in the home for over 12 months and has just passed away. In that time he was treated with great care and compassion.
In a short period of time, he settled in well. Always had a smile and interacted with staff and all residents.
All the staff in the home are really dedicated to
the care of the residents.

Amazing experience, wonderful care and support. The staff are first class, and Mum is treated with respect and dignity. The cleanliness is perfect. Mum's clothes are kept well laundered. Food and drink with plenty of choice and lots of activities. Very safe and secure. Thank you.

Our mum is receiving such wonderful care at Parkside House.
The staff are compassionate and professional and generally do an amazing job.
Mum is immaculate both in herself and in her clothing. The premises are always clean and tidy, and Mum's room is lovely.
Good selection of food at meal
times. Great activities for the residents. A well-run care home.

My mum is well cared for and, even though she has significant issues, she feels at home. She is treated well by all the staff, enjoys her food and has built positive relationships. Parkside has recognised and accommodated Mum's needs. They have adapted and built strategies that enhance her stay. I
feel that I am very welcomed by all staff. I feel they care for Mum and she is safely looked after. Also, the home is very clean.

My mum lived at Parkside for just over three years. Once settled mum was happy, felt safe, made new friends & engaged in different activities in the place she came to know as home. Staff from the housekeepers and hairdresser, carers, senior carers to the managers went above and beyond to
promote mum's wellbeing. They were kind, friendly, thoughtful and importantly, cared and supportive relationships were built with mum and her immediate family. Communication with local GPs and, when needed, me as nok, was timely. Nothing was too much trouble. The home was always clean and warm with a welcoming atmosphere. Mum's care, particularly over the last year of her life, was excellent and mums comfort and dignity in dying and her eventual, expected death and support of immediate family throughout this time were prioritised and promoted. Their kindness will never be forgotten.
