Our mother has been staying at Rozelle for several months now following a stroke. We (her family) have been very pleased with the level care and treatment she has received. Stagg are friendly and respectful to Mum and to her family when visiting. It has been my impression that several members of
staff have formed genuine and warm relationships with mum and have worked hard to ensure she is content and comfortable. This has been a difficult time for mum and all her family and it has really helped to know she is well looked after. Thank you.

Mum has been a resident now for 3 months. She feels settled and she enjoys the food and says she is well looked after. This makes me happy and the staff are all excellent. The main area for improvement is concerned with mental stimulation which I know is challenging, perhaps have more visiting
people like when the singer came in where many residents engaged. Mostly the entertainment is endless TV without much consideration given to content or suitability.

My sister was taken to Rozelle suffering from cancer. She had special needs. We found the care at Rozelle excellent. The staff were wonderful with her and kind and caring. The management was excellent and although the facilities were older, it was spotlessly clean. We found the staff and management
very supportive of us as a family. We can't rate the care she got highly enough.

My husband has been a resident at Rozelle Nursing Home for three years, suffering from Alzheimer's, and I strongly believe that he is still with us in part due to the care and compassion he receives at Rozelle. I am grateful to all the staff.

I found my wife's illness extremely hard to cope with, to be honest, but the staff here are so compassionate and understanding to myself and my Wife I am just about coping now whereas I was going downhill rapidly. It is the first time we have been apart in 64 years of marriage.

We want to thank all of you for your kindness, compassion, and the best care ever that you gave our Dad. You made all of us feel so welcome from day one, and we had such peace of mind knowing he was safe and comfortable with you at all times.
Saying 'Thank you' does not seem enough as the
dedication and care Dad received exceeded all of our expectations. Each and every one of you are a credit to your profession and should be very proud of what you do.

All staff are very friendly and quite concerned with the daily routine of care and health of my sister-in-law. All questions asked are promptly seen to. As part of the family, we are very pleased with the running of the care home and also the personal touch given to their clients for their happiness
and wellbeing.

I am always greeted by the staff with smiles and warmth, it's like a big family. All of the staff are friendly and brilliant with my aunt, who can be quite stubborn. Everywhere is clean and bright. My aunt is happier here than she was previously.

My mother has received a very good standard of care at Rozelle. Staff are quick to communicate any concerns. Mum seems happy to be there and I feel confident her needs are met.

The staff are genuinely concerned about my mother's care and well-being. She seems pleased and happy given the level of her dementia and responds well to the staff. Overall I am very satisfied with the care that my mother receives.

My dad spent nearly 6 years at Rozelle. We were always so impressed with how he was looked after. He was loved, really loved by the wonderful, hard-working and dedicated staff. Nothing was too much trouble - day or night. He was always in his own clothes, clean, shaved, hair combed, his cap on. They
cared for him as their own. He would have food and drinks of tea - any time of the day/night. He was treated with the utmost respect. We never announced when we were visiting. In his final hours, he was nursed with love and dignity. We were so grateful to all the staff for caring, nursing and loving him.

Excellent nursing home with friendly and professional staff throughout. I feel my mum is getting excellent care and is being well stimulated where it's possible with his condition.

From Day One of Mum moving to Rozelle Nursing Home I have been impressed with the level of care and warm welcoming atmosphere. The staff work tirelessly and efficiently, they are gentle, caring and always smiling and cheerful. Mum is dressed very nicely every day. The lounges, bedrooms and
bathrooms are immaculate. The understanding and skill of the whole team are wonderful and I feel happy and confident with mum being a resident Rozelle especially after past experiences in other nursing homes.

My sister has Alzheimer's and has settled as well as can be expected at Rozelle Nursing Home There is an amazing supply of food, and if nothing takes their fancy there is always something else on offer. One of things that hits us is 'NO SMELL'....Staff are very friendly and caring. Always something
to entertain the residents and an activities organiser. My sister loves music, they had an Abba session the other day:) TV is always available, various lounges to sit in. Staff are very helpful and always willing to answer questions.

The staff, day and night are so caring, loving and affectionate to all. Residents in the home always dress nicely. Good balance of diet and nutrition. Fluid is very important in this home around the clock and recorded for each resident. Nobody went without in the home. Lots of residents with
different illnesses. Some long term in bed, never left alone and if they were well, they have sat in lounge. Other residents staff would know when ready to return to bed because pressure sitting. Residents taken to the toilet when asked to go and not left. Could visit anytime if I had concerns, GP would visit home. I can happily say couldnt wish for more.
