My mother was admitted into Ty Iscoed when she was unable to care for herself and after several falls at her home. She also suffered giddy spells and memory loss. Mam also had wounds on both legs which were not healing. This was in April 2016. Although this home has little in the way of mod-cons it
more than made up for this with the care, affection and love Mam was given. My mother who passed away on the 18th March this year received all this love and commitment from dedicated staff at Ty Iscoed. The dignity and respect given to her was exceptional. Doctors and district nurses are also to be commended for their continuous medical attention to mam legs. I cannot praise Ty Iscoed enough for the devotion, care and love Mam was given during her stay. My sincere thanks to you all and in particular the managers for making Mams stay happy and contented one. In finishing, may I also express my sincere thanks to everyone for the kindness and professionalism shown to me.
