I have been visiting my brother for 3 years now. I hear a lot of chat in the corridor between staff and residents, but mainly staff. If I am unable to visit, I'm confident he will be well cared for, mentally and physically.
I am a carer at my home, and can honestly say, visiting Blenham is a
calming respite for me!!

The care my friend receives at Blenham House is superb,Mandy and her team are so welcoming,friendly,patient and understanding of the residents needs. They treat the residents respectfully as people ,not numbers.
As soon as you enter Blenham you feel wrapped in a warm hug,and that is down to the
staff as well as the beautiful facilities.
The food looks tasty and there is always a choice.
My friend is very happy with her care after reluctantly accepting living at home was becoming too difficult because of her declining mobility.
I would strongly recommend Blenham to any one looking for residential ,good quality ,compassioate, care. Jill

Having to find a suitable care home quite quickly Blenham House came up tops in every field. Staff always go above and beyond the call of duty and are very approachable. Nothing is ever too.much. bBenham House is a happy place to visit anytime, always made very welcome by all the ataff.
Information is passed on regularly.

All staff are friendly and eager to help and assist residents and always have a smile. Activities happen every day to keep everyone entertained and involved. Very happy with Blenham house, keep up the good work.

Moving Dad into a care home was a difficult time for our family, but from our first visit we had a good feeling about Blenham House.
We have all been welcomed with open arms, staff are very friendly, approachable, caring and nothing is too much trouble. Dad considers many of them his friends, they
really do go the extra mile.
The property is always well maintained, tidy, clean and homely, food is varied, of good quality and plentiful as he is putting back on the weight he lost through illness.
Dad has settled in, is happy and comfortable, it is a reassuring to know that he is very well looked after by such lovely people, we wouldn't hesitate in recommending Blenham House.

My Dad moved to Blenham House a month ago. He has been treated kindly and with respect and the staff including The Senior Manager have made it a priority to make sure he settled in and feels comfortable. He advised me today he thinks the Care Home very good and he is happy. This is like music to
my ears. His feedback could not be better.
His room and en suite are well furnished and clean. The nursing, care and cleaning processes are good and there is a good relationship with The GP Surgery situated not far away which means that medical attention can be swift if needed. Food is lovely.
Overall I would say this Care Home is a great find and as the daughter of my Dear Dad I am happy he is being looked after after at Blenham House Care Home.

My mum has been very well looked after by the management and team at Blenham House since she moved in last November. It's a lovely home and the staff are always warm and friendly. Cannot fault them at all. Really happy my mum is there and I know she is in a great place.

My mum has been cared for since last year and I could not be happier with the time and attention she receives. The staff are kind, caring and friendly. My mum (who has dementia) is settled and happy and considers Blenheim her home. This means so much to me. I was very concerned when she had to go
into care and worried a lot about her safety and happiness. The staff at Blenheim have taken wonderful care of her. Thank you.

Can't recommend Blenham House enough. Our family have been welcomed into their care for the last 3+ years that my dad has been at Blenham House. Every single visit the staff are cheery and caring to us, him and other residents and they know him so well. Don't know what we would have done without the
fantastic team!

I cannot praise the manager and her staff enough. From the first visit to have a look around to my Dad now being a resident, the friendly, caring and professional staff have reassured me we have made the correct decision to place Dad here. We know he is in safe hands and being treated with dignity
and respect.
Thank you to all staff for making Dad feel safe and for lightning the carers load on the family. We can now visit as a family rather than carers.

My sister has been in Blenheim House since January 2025. When i visit i can only say everyone is so friendly and very caring to the residents. The Manager is an exceptional lady and always has time to say hello. The Nurses are so caring and everyone of them has time for you as a relative. Thank you

My husband is a resident in this care home and as someone who has worked in care myself i can honestly say he gets the best care and is very well looked after. The staff go above and beyond. I know when im not with him that he is safe and well looked after. All the staff are very friendly and look
after the loved ones too of the person in the care home that they are related to. This care home would be very deserving of an award.

I would like to say how great Blenham House Care Home is. My Mother moved there in May this year and the difference in my Mum is amazing. She loves all the staff from the manageress to all the nurses, the handymen and the catering staff who make a fuss of her and see to her every need.
She enjoys
all the activities from going out in the bus to the sing songs in the home.
She is looking forward to celebrating her 100th birthday in September and is having a party in Blenham House with all her family and friends and all the staff.
We can't thank everyone enough and wouldn't hesitate in recommending Blenham House.

All staff are always friendly, helpful and kind. It is the kindness shown to both residents and their families which makes Blenham House so special. They are never too busy to stop and help/answer questions. My Dad obviously feels relaxed and comfortable and always has a smile for his carers. They
always offer visitors tea/coffee and nothing is ever too much trouble.

My husband entered Blenham in January. My daughters and I had looked at a number of care homes prior to this date. All very nice and well appointed but it was Blenham which stood out above all the others. As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed with smiles from both staff and residents. Our first
impressions were very positive and we came to the conclusion, very quickly, that this was where Ian's needs would be best met. My husband took a little time to settle in but was supported by the kindness, understanding and professionalism of all staff. He enjoys the activities, especially visits from musicians and singers who encourage the residents to sing along with them. The care home liaises closely with the local medical centre and a doctor visits regularly to attend to residents in need of care. The nursing staff are very attentive and always on the look out for any changes which may require further attention. The family and I take comfort in knowing that Ian is being well cared for.

I am delighted with the care my wife received at Blenham House. She always appears clean and tidy, and well looked after. All the staff at the home work very hard at keeping things running smoothly. From the early days of getting her admitted with all the paperwork and such, things went smoothly
with great assistance and understanding. In my daily visits, I have observed how the carriers and nurses go out of their way to be of help to the residents. I don't know what I would do without the care, very thankful to all.

I would not hesitate to recommend Blenham House to anyone as my wife is a resident and she has received. nothing but kindness and consideration since she arrived in April also I have found all the staff very attentive and caring which makes life so much better for residents and family and gives
everyone peace of mind

My mum has settled very well into Blenham house. She was very anxious about the move but was soon settled with the warm welcoming atmosphere on her arrival. This is most certainly down to the friendly caring staff. As a family we have been overwhelmed with the surroundings and professional care she
has received by the wonderful Manager & team here.

I don't quite know where to start to explain how wonderful this care home is. My mother has just recently passed away after being in Blenham House for three years. Every single member of staff, from cleaning, housekeeping, care assistant and nursing staff, was just wonderful. Their care to my mum
and to my family couldn't have been more attentive and caring. There is a lovely atmosphere in Blenham. It wasn't uncommon for us to come out of the lift to see carers dancing, singing and laughing with the residents. The place is spotlessly clean and bright.
Many of the care staff have been there for quite some time and they clearly love being involved in the residents' lives.
Don't hesitate to place your loved one in their exceptional care.

My review is relating to my mum's year long stay at Blenham House. She had genuine care here, that included her emotional needs and needs of the family. I am forever grateful. There are so many activities and time made available. Residents are treated as individuals and with respect and dignity.
