Staff have been amazing, supporting us with our much loved mum has been a huge relief to the family. All the staff are so friendly and always welcoming. Nursing staff have always kept me informed about my mum. Mum has visited the hairdresser Angie a few times and she has been great as my mum has a
fear of water when getting her hair washed, puts on her favourite music for her to keep her calm. Activities staff are great and organise so many fun things to keep residents entertained.

My uncle has really settled in well. Staff have looked after him to the extreme, best care ever. So happy he is here and this is now his home.

My dad has only just come into the care home 6 weeks ago & he has settled in extremely well. He is a different person & has come right out of his shell. He has been receiving the best of care & I am happy that we chose this place as it's nice, welcoming, and the staff are extremely friendly. I am so
happy he's happy here & settled very well.

My husband is well looked after. The staff are caring and professional. Yet, I have an issue with the regular swapping around of the staff. They get moved to other floors, when they do an excellent job on my husband's floor. It takes a lot of time to entrust someone new and for them to get to know
the resident's needs and what makes them comfortable. I do not see anything beneficial in this practice.

Kincaid is a beautiful care home, very well-kept, and the staff are always very approachable and accommodating. They go above and beyond for residents as if they were part of their own family. They always have plenty of activities and outings to keep the residents busy and happy. My grandmother went
in after having a stroke, and we had no idea what the future held for her; however, the care and support she has received has made a life-changing difference, and our family is extremely thankful.

I have always found all staff at kincaid house greenock very pleasant and very professional also very approachable they always have time to listen if you have
questions you need answers to, the building is always very clean,and the officer in charge and 2nd in charge are really pleasant and very
helpful and definitely both of them run a comfortable home for all.

Dad came into this home in January with increasing confusion and anxiety that meant he could no longer safely be cared for in his own house.
The whole team made him and us feel welcome and at home immediately. The home manages to be homely, relaxed and welcoming despite being a large home. It is a
vibrant community lots of varied activities.
The care, nursing, activities teams work hard and care very much! Dad so much happier living here. And we can relax and enjoy visiting him now.
The food is great and plentiful he's got his appetite back! The home is also fresh, clean and well maintained. The managers are very hands-on.
Our family do not hesitate to recomend Kincaid!

Kincaid is a purpose built facility with excellent amenities for all residents. The rooms are very spacious with large en-suite bathrooms and residents can personalise to suit.
Nursing & Caring staff are very considerate towards the residents and I personally find them very supportive &
approachable

My Dad has been a resident at Kincaid House for two months now and has settled in really well.
The staff without exception are amazing. Management, Medical, Carers, Catering, Cleaning, Laundry and Hairdressing are all so professional, friendly and approachable, they certainly create a warm and
caring atmosphere for both the residents and their families. My Dad is cared for with genuine respect, dignity and affection from all staff members.
Facilities are second to none.
Excellent home cooked food.
Regular entertainment, activities and field trips.
Lovely well maintained gardens and grounds.
The rooms and all areas are scrupulously clean and comfortable.
I would certainly recommend Kincaid House to anyone in need of an amazing care home.

My mum has lived at Kincaid House for the past year. The care she received from staff was outstanding. They were kind, caring, patient, and nothing was ever too much for them. Sadly, my mum passed away in March and was very ill in the last few weeks.
The staff were amazing, they looked after my
mum with professionalism and dignity at all times. They were also a great support to myself, I don't know how I would have coped without them.

I would like to say just how awesome the management & staff of Kincaid Home are. You are always made welcome and offered a cup of tea or coffee.
I can't sing the praises of the staff high enough. Nothing is ever a bother to any of them.
My husband, with his complex needs, has been so well
cared for. He has been encouraged to maintain his hobbies & intrest. Staff have also taken him out for lunch, which he loves.
Any small issues are sorted, and any changes that help his needs & Welfare are put into place.
The atmosphere is always happy & joyful. There are always friendly faces.
There's always something going on in the activities to choose from.
The environment is always clean & cared for.
I'd Like to say thank you to you all. From the management to every member of the Kincaid team.

No real problems with kincaid other than numerous brand new clothing items going missing despite being labelled.
I object to being charged for labelling I feel this should be free.
Have been phoned evening before regarding father's medical appointments to see if I could accompany, far to short
notice.
Father's personal hygiene could improve plus clothing cleanliness although I know my father can be difficult.

Great staff in great surroundings plenty of activities always something going on I know my mum is exceptionally well looked after! Always staff going round with fresh cakes tea etc and meals all through the day! Wouldn't have my mum anywhere else.

I attended my brother regularly at KINCAID HOUSE. I see how happy and contented he is. Every thing I have said is accurate. Every one at Kincaid are so friendly and attentive. I feel he is in a better place now. Thank you and everyone involved at KINCAID HOUSE.

My mother was a resident in Kincaid House for approx a year, when I visited she was always clean and tidy. The staff were very attentive and my mother was happy and content, her room was nice and she had a lovely view. The staff were kind and compassionate and made visitors welcome.

Good update on the situation. Catered all aspects of care. Anything we needed to know, we were informed about. Feel that this is a good place for my mother, meeting her needs.

problems and hope this will continue to be the case.

Our brother has received excellent care from all of the staff, they treat him with care and dignity, even on his grumpier days with great humour. The staff are highly approachable and helpful with any concerns we may have. Everyone from the chef, hairdresser, cleaning staff, admin nurses and
managers, with a special call to the daily carers who go that extra mile, are just wonderful.

Since a new manager and two new assistant managers, the standard has gotten better.
Two assistant managers are very proactive and easy to communicate with.
There is a high turnover of care staff, which is not so good.
All departments run well and efficiently.
