The caregivers are attentive and exceptionally kind. There is a constant supply of tea and biscuits and my mother continues to enjoy this along with her meals. Activities are provided regularly and she laughed throughout the recent pantomime.

My mother has been in the home for more than 2 years. I have always found the staff helpful and friendly - the home is clean and she is well cared for.
Friendly caring staff in the unit. Staff always friendly and go over and above. Good food and different snacks available. Entertainment staff have variety in what they do. Decorations amazing at Christmas and parties. Put on by staff excellent. More care in putting personal laundry away.
My dad is a resident of the home and is happy in here the staff are very good with him and they are very friendly and very attentive nothing seems to be a problem for them and they make all the family feel welcome.
Carers and nursing staff are very nice and helpful could not do enough to make my sister feel comfortable, she ate her meals started to put weight on first time in six years, could not recommend this place enough staff always made my sister welcome and even when myself and sister came to visit her.
Based on only two weeks since my mother became a resident, we are as happy as can be expected, given the short time. I look forward to visiting here.
Came to visit my husband's grandfather and the staff were lovely. They took my granddaughter into the garden with her grandfather to plant seeds which she loved. The staff were very approachable and involved all the service users it was a lovely place to visit.
Dad is very well looked after by people who care about him. We don't live close to the home but are always kept informed about Dad. The staff are always friendly and approachable and are keen to listen to our requests.
Mum has been here since March 2018. She has been well looked after and I/we could not be more grateful for the love and care she has been shown. The staff are very attentive and always friendly and positive. It is difficult to put into words just how much we appreciate how mum is looked after. Thank you doesn't really say it enough, but thank you.
The care my dad receives is great and he likes the carers and the activities the girls do with the residents are fantastic. My dad enjoys all the activities and my mum also joins in when she is up visiting. The staff are great with my mum as well.
My mother was admitted to the home for intermediate care in March 2024 following a stay in hospital. I left the word care out as I had never seen any care administered. She had been there for 3 days when we discovered she had a broken wrist. We all know accidents happen but it's unforgivable that for over 48hrs not one staff member noticed this. I am guessing no personal care was given over that period as if it had they would have seen this injury as it would have been very hard to miss. As bad as the wrist incident was it was the drugs given to her to keep her docile and compliant and in a drugged haze that were actually making her worse. My 84-year-old mother after 3wks escaped, had managed to make her way home to her own house in Shawlands. Nobody knew she was gone until I had contacted them. We decided she was not returning as she had suffered enough. She is now settled, happy and thriving in a dementia care centre in the Gorbals.
I am happy that my uncle is being well cared for. The staff are all very nice and helpful, I feel my uncle is now settling into being in the care home. It has taken him a while but I can see that he is accepting the home now.
I am happy with the care and attention I have seen when I visit the care home. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I have never had any problems or reasons to complain about in the three years I have been a visitor. Under current financial circumstances, I think all staff members are doing a great job and providing a good job.
My mum has been a resident for only a few weeks but I have seen a vast improvement in her well-being. The staff have been extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I am extremely happy with all the care he has received and more importantly, my mum seems happy and settled.
Staff are all lovely, my gran seems well looked after. Would appreciate if communication was slightly better, had tried to call quite a few times and no one picked up (totally understand if you were busy, however). Also, had sent a request to join the social media page a few years ago and still yet to be accepted, would love to see how my gran is doing in the home.
