Burlington Court Care Home

My mum was first of all in the intermediate set to be assessed, she was so happy and content there ,when we realised mum couldn't live on her own we the family were so pleased that she could stay there permanently that was 2 years ago now .I ask my mum now and then "are you still enjoying it here " she always says yes ,so knowing she's settled that makes us the family all settled.

I visit my brother James 2-3 times per week, he always appears to be happy and comfortable. He enjoys going for a walk or sitting in the sun room. He enjoys his meals, especially his tea and biscuits. The staff are always welcoming, pleasant and very helpful. They can't do enough to ensure all of the residents are happy and well looked after.

My dad's been well looked after well he's put on weight l feel his carer have been amazing with my dad the active staff have been great with him and his room is always tidy and clean and he is happy here

Nothing but praise for staff who are so good to my mum also hairdresser as mum goes once a week, there are actives for residents and families are encourage to participate. The food is very good and mum enjoys the soup

My mother has only been a resident for a short time, the staff have consistently shown her kindness and nothing seems to be a bother, the home is always clean and welcoming as is her nice spacious room which myself and my family are grateful for. One thing I know my mother is grateful for although she can't express it is the effort that's put into the themed days - from St Patrick's day to easter these events bring so much joy into the home.

We are very happy with the care that my mum receives. Staff are always happy to help and engage with my mum and us. Room is kept clean however not happy with the storage of pads which are kept in her wardrobe and at the bottom of her bed, her bedroom is not a storage room.

Brian has been in since January he wasn't, to good with staff but now he has settled and has a good time with the staff he joined in well , staff are very helpful when you ask them for any help they a willing to help

My mother-in-law is content and happy. The staff are pleasant and attentive. The food looks good with a nice variety. Good sized bedroom with shower ensuite. There is also a variety of activities. Hairdresser comes regularly using care homes salon.

My ninety five year old mother has been resident for over a year now and has received excellent care throughout. The caregivers are attentive and exceptionally kind. There is a constant supply of tea and biscuits and my mother continues to enjoy this along with her meals. Activities are provided regularly and she laughed throughout the recent pantomime.

Also personal care dietary needs appears good

Think my brother is getting the best of care room is very nice also he said the food is good and all the staff are so helpful and can't do enough to help he also injoys the dominoes also when the staff are putting on activities he loves to get involved

Since admission to intermediate care unit. I am content that all my sister's needs are met. She is encouraged to participate socially, her quality of life has improved.

I am very happy with the service from the home they keep me updated what's going on whith my sister and they have a lot going on for the residents they defo care a lot for the residents the staff are very good

My mother has been in the home for more than 2 years. I have always found the staff helpful and friendly - the home is clean and she is well cared for.

Good food and different snacks available. Entertainment staff have variety in what they do. Decorations amazing at Christmas and parties. Put on by staff excellent. More care in putting personal laundry away.

My dad is a resident of the home and is happy in here the staff are very good with him and they are very friendly and very attentive nothing seems to be a problem for them and they make all the family feel welcome.

Carers and nursing staff are very nice and helpful could not do enough to make my sister feel comfortable, she ate her meals started to put weight on first time in six years, could not recommend this place enough staff always made my sister welcome and even when myself and sister came to visit her.

I look forward to visiting here.

Came to visit my husband's grandfather and the staff were lovely. They took my granddaughter into the garden with her grandfather to plant seeds which she loved. The staff were very approachable and involved all the service users it was a lovely place to visit.
