Lorraine has been a qualified nurse for 30 years and has been with Burlington Court since 2008, bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to the position.
In her free time, Lorraine enjoys reading, going to the cinema (she is a huge Lord of the Rings fan!), dining out, spending time with family, and travelling abroad to explore new places. A personal achievement she cherishes is becoming a dog lover; despite initially not wanting a dog, she now enjoys dog-sitting for her son's pet and loves every moment of it.
What Lorraine enjoys most about her role is the friendly, home-like environment at Burlington Court. She loves meeting new people and learning about their histories, as everyone has a unique story to share. For those considering a career in care, Lorraine acknowledges that while it can be challenging and difficult at times, it is also one of the most rewarding jobs you will ever do.
