The staff are always friendly and approachable and are keen to listen to our requests.

Mum has been here since March 2018. She has been well looked after and I/we could not be more grateful for the love and care she has been shown. The staff are very attentive and always friendly and positive. It is difficult to put into words just how much we appreciate how mum is looked after. Thank you doesn't really say it enough, but thank you.

The care my dad receives is great and he likes the carers and the activities the girls do with the residents are fantastic. My dad enjoys all the activities and my mum also joins in when she is up visiting. The staff are great with my mum as well.

My 84-year-old mother after 3wks escaped, had managed to make her way home to her own house in Shawlands. Nobody knew she was gone until I had contacted them. We decided she was not returning as she had suffered enough. She is now settled, happy and thriving in a dementia care centre in the Gorbals.

I am happy that my uncle is being well cared for. The staff are all very nice and helpful, I feel my uncle is now settling into being in the care home. It has taken him a while but I can see that he is accepting the home now.

I am happy with the care and attention I have seen when I visit the care home. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I have never had any problems or reasons to complain about in the three years I have been a visitor. Under current financial circumstances, I think all staff members are doing a great job and providing a good job.

My mum has been a resident for only a few weeks but I have seen a vast improvement in her well-being. The staff have been extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I am extremely happy with all the care he has received and more importantly, my mum seems happy and settled.

Also, had sent a request to join the social media page a few years ago and still yet to be accepted, would love to see how my gran is doing in the home.

My friend loves his time in Burlington Court. The staff are great with him and are very patient. Every member of staff has a good connection with my friend and keeps him going with a carry-on and laugh. The home is always well kept and no matter what you ask of staff they are always there to help.

Mum has good days and bad days but the staff are great at helping to make this a positive experience for her. There are good activities and she has the opportunity to have days out which she thoroughly enjoys. It’s a huge decision for any family to place a loved one in care of any kind but we’ve come to terms with this and are assured through the care given to mum. We would recommend this home to anyone who asks our opinion.

My husband is very happy here. Staff very helpful and always very pleasant. Always very clean. Staff always happy to help, his room is kept very clean and staff are always ready to help and are always very kind to me and my husband.

Our relative is safe and well cared for. The staff know and understand her very well. I am always contacted if there is a problem or information to pass on about our relative. The staff can tell me what she’s had to eat when I’m visiting. Her room is spotless. There seems to be a great programme of activities for those who can participate and special times of year are celebrated with decorations in the home. I have mentioned a few occasions when I have been visiting and found myself in the lounge with residents. Obviously my visits only give a snapshot of the home but in general the staff are very friendly. Thank you.

My mother has been in this facility for 8-10 weeks and has been looked after excellently, she has settled in now and looks more relaxed. The staff make things easy for my mother and us as a family and the care is exactly what we require as a family and my mother.

I couldn't be happier than I am with the care that my mother receives. I am pleased with the staff engagement with my mum and myself and can see that my mother's needs are being met in many different ways. I appreciate being kept up to date with my mother's progress in regard to health, diet and any other relevant information regarding her and the facility. I am also very pleased with the standard of hygiene throughout the home and also my mum's own personal care. Overall the standards set by the home are in my opinion to a high and satisfactory standard.

Everyone so good, all members of staff, I could not ask for a better lot of people to look after my partner. They are so kind and the care and understanding they give us makes me appreciate these wonderful members who work in difficult situations with people with all sorts of disabilities, how they smile through it all. It certainly has changed my outlook on humanity. The home itself is clean, warm and I feel cheerful. Grub looks fine, I would have no hesitation being here myself if my time came (have told my daughters no worries about putting me in care).

My mum seems to be really settled. Staff are nice and friendly and very helpful. Rooms are kept clean and tidy. Food is also good. My mum seems to be very happy in the care home. We haven’t had any issues or complaints.

All care has been good in respect of the care received with all her issues. It’s taken her some time to get used to being here but the staff have been very supportive. Any issues have been easily resolved. The care has been good, especially the washing and care.

Staff excellent, care home spotless, reception staff very informative, just cannot complain. Sister well looked after and seems to get on with everyone. I am very pleased with everything. She enjoys a trip to the salon every week.

Mum's well looked after with staff no complaints. I am happy that my mum is enjoying all activities and entertainment in the home. Good to walk in and see Mum has been to the hairdressers, which she attends every Tuesday.
