I have had a dreadful and awful experience with this home. I lodged a complaint March 2025, because of the conduct I experienced from staff. After no response and a promised call I would receive with in the hour. I had to make a further call regards my mother who is in their care. Unfortunately when
I was calling a second time the home staff answered the call pretending to be a Chinese takeaway, this upset me so much I took it to the social work department because the home would not tell me how my mother was doing, In response to my complaint which took weeks from the manager of the care home, stated she concluded with the investigation and was not planning to take it forward. And no further action to be taken.
Horrified by such attitude I would not have trust this home gives dignity or respect to their vulnerable and elderly residents. I am and will continue to take this complaint whoever thinks elderly care homes should be placed as a safe environment
