This care home is heavily staffed with 5 senior cares and a manager. Care home only has 23 residents however this care home has many issues of non compliant behaviors and puts residents at risk. Given it is council run and over staffed they are on easy street and will attempt to cover up wrong
doing and intimidate residents guardians if they highlight wrong doing. Lots of parts of this care home is well run however raise concerns where care home becomes liable or even worse get care commission in, some staff will turn on you and make life hell. bottom line this is a closed minded care home that suppresses wrong doing. Also some of the long term council staff will go on long term sick if pushed.
