I find the staff hard working and polite. My sister in law is always clean & tidy.

Having visited Ash Court this week I was delighted to see improvements to the internal of the building creating a bright fresh feel.
The staff continue to do an amazing job in what are obviously on many occasions difficult circumstances.
A special mention for the leadership team, their continued
dedication and enthusiasm is vitally important in giving the residents the best service they possibly can.
Keep up the great work.

Dear wonderful Ash Court care team,
On behalf of my sister and myself, and our extended families, I write to thank you for all the care that each one of you has given to our dearest mother, in the last year of her life. You cared for her and for us as her children, showed us respect and compassion
in the most challenging of times.
Thank you for all the hard work, professionalism and humanity.
Despite the world seeming to be in a dark place, people like you bring inspiration, and shine the torch of hope each and everyday.
We are working on the next steps, and we will try to fulfill her end of life wishes, to the very end, knowing that she is now caring for us from afar, and so much closer to her loving parents, in heaven.

The staff are totally committed to caring for the residents and go over and beyond their normal duties to ensure the residents are happy and well cared for. Nothing is too much trouble and will go out of their way to ensure the residents have what they need.

Lovely staff - friendly, kind and efficient.
Recent improvements to the communal areas have made Ash Court a much more comfortable and attractive environment.
The manager is a very cheerful, helpful and effective leader.
My mum receives excellent care. She is safe and well looked after, and
it has been a great weight off my mind to know she is in good hands.
A word of thanks to Moise (I hope I've spelled his name correctly) who makes mum laugh - it's a real pleasure to see him work with such good humour and warmth.

Great experience! The staff were friendly, I love the new makeover, it feels very homely. The manager is super duper nice and helpful as well, I am so glad that my friend is being taken care of.

My mum has dementia and every time I visit her she is smiling which I believe comes from the care and attention the staff at Ash Cout Care Centre give her. They are very caring and patient with Mum which results in her being happy in her last period of life. Thank you all.

My mother in law currently resides at Ash Court Care Centre. Before she moved there she was deteriorating, her mental health (dementia) was in decline. Since she has been at Ash Court she has improved so much, she is thriving, she is happy. The staff are brilliant and the manager has played a
massive part in her improvement and is responsible for the happy and positive environment at Ash Court. I am trying to get my mum in there, she has dementia.

We are so pleased with the care that my mother in law receives at Ash Court. The staff are friendly and very caring. There are lots of parties and opportunities for get togethers and celebrations. There is such a happy feeling about the place. Well done to the manager and the team at Ash Court.

Ash Court Nursing Home has been a wonderful place for my mother over the past ten years. The staff are exceptional, consistently demonstrating great care and attentiveness to her needs. Their dedication and compassion create a very caring environment that mum feels is her home. My mother is very
happy and content here, and I am grateful for the peace of mind knowing she is in such capable hands. Ash Court Nursing Home is a good spot for anyone seeking a supportive and nurturing place for their loved ones.

I visited the home earlier this week. As always I was impressed with the vibrant feel on arrival.
All the staff seem very welcoming and dedicated to the most demanding of jobs.
Huge credit should go to the management team as I would think motivational skills are extremely important to achieve the
environment that exists within the home.

I am very pleased with the level of care and attention Ash Court Care Home provides my mother. From the first point of admission we as a family have been reassured that she is welcome, she is seen, her personal choices/prefernences respected. Staff and care home manager have been consistently
polite, caring, respectful, reassuring and patient with our mother as well as various members of the family. Our mother is very happy with her new home and would not dream of being anywhere else.

Very good/nice atmosphere in this establishment. Staff seem competent and relate well to clients/users and their relatives. The manager seems extremely competent and has excellent interpersonal skills.

I have found her care very well maintained in the 3 years I have been visiting her in London. I feel very confident that
the staff are offering a good service. The home is always clean and light-filled and welcoming. My grandmother is always attended to quickly and with empathy.

I want to say how impressed I've been with Ash Court Care Centre. The place is always spotless and really well-run, which makes such a difference. Every time I visit, the atmosphere feels welcoming and organised.
The staff are fantastic, they are well-trained, helpful, and quick to respond whenever
we've requested anything. You can tell they genuinely care about the people they're looking after, which is so reassuring.
The care home manager, does an amazing job keeping everything running smoothly. It's clear she's really committed to making sure the home stays at such a high standard and I always see her interacting with other residents whenever I visit! Ash Court is a lovely place, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, caring, and well-managed care home.

I'm delighted to give a very positive review. Our beloved Mother is a long-term bed-bound resident of Ash Court. One of us visits her every week, as do a small group of her friends who pop in; we have an iPad set up where we call into her via video every day. So we have a very good sense of how
Mother is doing. Despite very challenging outcomes from her serious stroke and immobility, the staff take impeccable care of her personal needs as well as her physical and mental health. Staff make sure that she can occasionally leave ie this past Christmas and for her granddaughter's performance in a local play. Despite the considerable logistics this involves, we get such support for these special requests. Staff immediately respond to email and phone queries. The manager is exceptionally tuned into the needs of residents, and family and friends feel so welcome. The nurse aids, nurses, cleaning staff and kitchen staff are just top-notch. Thank you! Ash Court is a "Home from home! "

I can't speak highly enough about Ash Court Care Centre and the care they provide. My friend moved into this home, and within just a week, the difference in his quality of life was remarkable! My friend is non-verbal due to his condition, which makes it difficult for him to communicate his needs.
The home manager noticed that something wasn't quite right with his vision when he wasn't interacting normally with his surroundings. She acted quickly and had him seen by an Optometrist, and within a week, my friend had new glasses and could see clearly again. I had no idea his vision deteriorated.
Now, he's back to his sociable self and is often found in the living room rather than just his bedroom! I'm so grateful to the manager and the team at Ash Court for everything they've done for my friend. It's such a relief knowing he's in a place where his needs are noticed and cared for so quickly. I would highly recommend Ash Court to anyone looking for a well-managed and supportive home.

My mother spent the last two years of her life in Ash Court where she was cared for with kindness and respect. She was enabled to maintain her dignity and has her family we were always welcomed so much so that we have maintained contact with Ash Court.
