My mother has been in this lovely care home for more than 3 motnhs. I could not wish for a better home for my dear mother to stay, staff are wonderufl and cant do enough for all my family.

For a visitor, the priority is the resident. Is the person you are visiting (aged 101) alert, groomed and hydrated? Once these factors are addressed, you can view the personnel. Are they engaged, kind, proactive, and groomed? The accommodation is also important. Is it comfortable, clean, maintained
and safe?
All this is covered at Heritage Care Centre, which means excellent care and peace of mind for the visitor.

All staff, including reception, ward, kitchen, etc, are always helpful, cheerful, and nothing is too much for them. Their approach to every person entering lights up your day. They are a credit to the profession they are in, and it should make you, as a company, very proud.

My review relates to my husband entire admission/stay in home. Excellent care except difficult to get in contact with doctor in home. Husband needs physiotherapy to help him to walk. Doctor should try to contact wife to update of husband ongoing progress/progression, etc in home.

The staff, all staff from nursing, reception, maintenance and admin, are helpful and polite, always with smiles on their faces, and nothing is too much for them. Their care for residents is second to none.

Staff are very friendly and attentive.
Very clean - reception always spotless almost like walking into a hotel.

Excellent staff. Very friendly. My cousin seems to be well cared-for here. (And the recent renovations are amazing!). The garden is so much better these days (though you might want to sort out the tree roots (or use a plastic ramp) for easier wheelchair access

My mother's treatment and care has been amazing. I have had an extremely good experience with all the staff and they are always kind and cheerful and helpful. The nursing staff have looked after my mother's leg problems and kept me informed regularly when she has seen the doctor. My experience and
that of my mother's has been that she was always treated with dignity, love and attention. Thank you to everyone for her care.

So helpful when resident prepared for a looked-forward outing. Staff always courteous and thoughtful.

The team have been very accessible and accommodating of my calls. Since I live in the US and have a different time zone. The warmth shown via phone calls was evident during my visit this past week; though meeting the Heritage staff for the first time in person, it felt like I'd met them before. I
understand remodelling is in progress or just completed, one feedback is caulking and leaking tap in the toilet.
Love the security, cleanliness, front office staff, Activity Coordinator. Amazing!
There's just one washing machine working so that delayed setting laundry back, but when laundry arrives it's clean, really clean.

Apart from a couple of staff members in the past whose attitude I found rather negative, I have found the vast majority of staff very caring and professional. I feel confident in the care they provide and their commitment is very obvious. I encounter different people at each visit and I have never
doubted their care for both residents and visitors. I cannot comment on management as I have little experience of that.

My father was discharged from hospital into Heritage Care Centre. We are very impressed with the care and support provided by the staff at Heritage. He has been very well looked after and the peace of mind this has afforded me, removes so much stress and worry from me. We really appreciate all the
care and attention we have received from everyone involved. The best of humanity!

My grandad had a lovely birthday and he did a cake, sung happy birthday and listened to music. Staff were very happy and interacted well.

Warm, welcoming environment with wonderful, supportive staff. Fantastic nursing care! My Mum has only been here for two weeks so far but I feel very happy and secure in the knowledge that she is here!

The staff are genuinely caring - one member of staff in particular is lovely and another member of staff.

My uncle was in the care home for over three months before his passing. I cannot praise the staff enough for the care, compassion and dignity they showed him in the last months of his life. Nothing was too much trouble and from the moment he entered the home I was kept updated on how he was doing,
his needs and the care he was being given. As a result, he was very happy and settled in no time. The atmosphere in the home is calm, secure and so welcoming. He was very content and it was a relief to know that his last months were spent in such an environment. Thank you.

I was very happy to visit my friend at Heritage, the home smells clean and looks clean. My friend's room was well-kept and orderly. My friend is settled and seems happy in her new environment. The staff are polite and friendly. Thank you.

My friend has now been in the Heritage Care Home for 3 weeks.
The staff are wonderful, very caring and attentive.
It's very clean and airy and my friend seems very happy and settled already.
Personal care is very good, my friend always looks clean and fresh.
The dining area is very nice and my
friend is enjoying the meals and tea times.
