The care home Lennox House staff are friendly carers, nurses and entertainment staff, admin and reception so welcoming. The food is good and always focus on residents needs. Cleaning staff, laundry and cleaning good.

Since my grandmother moved into the care home she has welcomed and well looked after the staff are amazing there so helpful and always help us whenever we need help. I am so happy my nan is here and looked after.

It is reassuring to see how well -looked after my mother is, how that she is in a safe and caring environment. All staff seem to genuinely love their role and the residents - like a happy extended family. Residents are respected as individuals and given plenty of opportunities to stay mentally and physically active.

I would just like to thank all the staff at Lennox house that looked after my father and gave me peace of mind and the opportunity to have a vacation whilst my fathers was in respite as I am the main career for my dad and this last couple years has been so easy with his diagnosis. In the short period of time my dad resided at Lennox house he was smiling and laughing and was a lot more calmer. After bringing him home he was still asking about Lennox house which did show me that the staff were very accommodating to my father's needs. I just wanted to thank you all for and I would recommend Lennox house to other family and friends if that time ever comes with loved one. A very clean and professional establishment and my hats off to you. Many thank again

From the moment I spoke with the deputy manager, and then, a home visit from another member of staff, everything has been nothing short of exceptional. When my father arrived, the staff greeted him warmly and everyone was incredibly friendly. The staff are incredibly compassionate and dedicated to their patients and service users. The nursing staff are highly trained and ensured that my father's needs were met. Dad received high standard care especially from a few members of staff. During my visits, I witnessed how well the staff met the needs of other people and how friendly everyone was. Overall, Lennox House treated my dad with respect and dignity. Dad enjoyed his three-weeks respite and would happily return. It was peace of mind knowing that dad was safe! The facilities are clean, well-maintained, bright, and pleasant. I would highly recommend anybody seeking respite/residential care. Well done Lennox House, keep up the good work and once again thank you for the care and support.

Lennox House is very welcoming, management and staff approachable endeavoring to serve the residents well. If I have any concerns I feel I am being listened too, and work towards resolving and ensuring that the concern/problem to all satisfaction. I always feel confident that they have listened and make amendments. Happy that I am kept in the loop - if changes that will come about in the home. I welcome the monitoring of my mother on a monthly basis - if I am satisfied my ideas that may improve the quality of life for my mother.

The staff at Lennox House are amazing. They are kind, helpful, hard working and professional. The meals are great. All the food is cooked on the premises in their own kitchen. Residents have home baked cakes and biscuits for its and afternoon tea. The hygiene is immaculate. The activities are varied and stimulating. Thank you everyone.

The level of care is outstanding and the whole home is keep so clean with no bad smells anywhere! The staff are very helpful and care for our loved ones so well with patience and understanding. We as a family couldn't ask for more. Overall, delighted.

Myself and my Mum attended the Christmas light ceremony, which was refreshing to see my Grandmother danced and had a lovely smile on her face. A big thank you for making this an enjoyable experience. Thank you to the activity team.

My dad went to Lennox House in September 2023 my dad sadly passed away in August 2024! I honestly do not know what I would have done without the team at Lennox House they were just simply amazing! Not only were they there for my dad but they were also there for me and my family! I honestly feel a lot of them are my extended family which I'm still in touch with now and always will be, Dad was looked after so well throughout his time in Lennox house, but during Dad's last few days the care was amazing, his dignity was well and truly respected! I definitely have made friends for life here. I will forever for thankful and grateful to them for making Dad's last year of life safe secure and comfortable and also for making me as his daughter feel as I had someone to turn to when the journey got tough! They are all 100% superstars!

I like Lennox House because it offers residents a nice clean homely environment. Staff are great at assisting residents to look smart every day. You can mistake some residents for professionals visiting when you get in the building at Lennox House. They're presented smartly and residents who can are sometimes walking around happily exploring their environment. Well done guys at Lennox House and keep it up for our dear old people you look after.

Visited my uncle with my mum and sisters. On arriving, the welcome from the staff was amazing, very friendly and caring. The staff kindly provided lunch and refreshments and a room where we could sit and spend time as a family. I was absolutely overwhelmed by the kindness and care they showed to my uncle. I would highly recommend this care home for a safe and loving environment for a family.

We were given a very warm welcome from our first enquiry. The team at Lennox House welcomed my sister with great care and respect. They were interested in what she had done in her life, what she enjoys, what she might find difficult and how they could reassure her when necessary. Her care is excellent. Staff are observant and ready to make any changes that might help. I feel fully included in my sister's care and in the links that the home has with GP and wider services. The activities team are there to offer support so that my sister can access some lovely activities. The chef ensures that she has good food that she enjoys. I feel there is a shared team commitment to high standards of care and continued staff development. When I leave after each visit I feel confident that my sister is safe and well looked after in a warm and respectful environment. Thank you for making her family feel included in Lennox House.

All the staff are incredibly caring and friendly and always very welcoming. The support from the initial visit has been amazing and helped get Mum placed in time for Christmas. Knowing she is now safe and being looked after now is a huge relief. The fact I can take our dog in to visit means I can pop in more regularly on walks and the residents are always happy to see him too.

Was a little bit scared of the change when my mother was transferred from her care home to Lennox House Nursing Care about 6-8 weeks ago. The staff have been so helpful and have satisfied all of my mum's needs and seem to have given her a new lease of life.
