I have been visiting my 91 year old sister at the care home for about 5 months and I am really pleased with the attention she gets. She is always clean and near which is so important as she had dementia. Staff always seem happy and reception always smiling which is so important. Very good care home.

Limetree Care Home is a wonderful place.
All of the staff are highly professional and friendly, providing a lovely and welcoming atmosphere.
The residents are provided with the highest quality of care, the home is spotlessly clean and have a great management team.
We are very lucky to have found

I find that Limetree is very accommodating and the staff try their utmost best to help my dad to feel right at home
Also communicating with myself is good I'm kept in the loop with my dad care and more

I cannot speak highly enough of Limetree Care Home. In the almost three months that my mum has resided there I have not found one negative, hard to believe but true. My mum reluctantly moved there at the age of 97 from her home of 67 years and she loved it from the very first day. She is thriving.
The people who live in the home are happy, the staff are warm, friendly, kind, patient and highly professional. Residents are treated with love, compassion, dignity and respect. Vanessa and Cleo interact with me regularly as to how mum is and they have facilitated facetime conversations with her. Vanessa sends me pictures and videos of her regularly and she shows mum videos I send of family. I am truly grateful they take time out of their busy schedules to do this. The home is clean and well maintained, the activities are great, management and staff truly care about the residents and their families. I can't recommend Limetree Care Home enough, your loved ones couldn't be in a better place.

I was impressed by the facilities and the staff. Noel is being well looked after and there was a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Happy for Noel to be here.

My Nan moved into Limetree in April 2025, we honestly could not be happier having Nan here.
All the staff are so kind and attentive, Nan had a fall in September 2024 and she broke her hip and since then she has needed extra help and the staff at Limetree have been able to provide this.
Nan can
have her hair done by Sue and she carries our sports activities with Martin, all these things she really enjoys.
The home celebrate lots of events and we can come along and enjoy with Nan which is really lovely. The staff make us feel so welcome, I couldn't provide any improvements or recommendations, they honestly couldn't do anything more for Nan. They keep us updated with her care and we have regular calls about her needs and any changes.
The home and nans room is kept so clean and tidy, she is always offered lots of snacks and drinks. Nan is so happy here and we really enjoy coming to visit Nan each week.

Today I visited Josie in Limetrees bringing one of her friends in church.
She was in the hairdressers, being made beautiful, so was able to sending lovely smiley photos back! So good to see she is so well cared for.

I have no problem with Limetree Care home and I strongly feel my mother is happy and safe in Limetree Care Home. The staff are attentive and kind.

My dad has been in Limetree Care Home for two and a half years had a few problems to start. But once he settled in everything was fine, the staff have been amazing as the GPs and management. My family are very happy with my dads care and would recommend to anyone.

Limetree Care Home is a very happy place. Since I have been visiting my mother, staff are very attentive friendly and always have a smile for everyone, that includes reception. I am very happy the way my mother is treated, and if there is a problem I am always contacted.

Limetree look after my mother-in-law well. They keep us informed of her condition and if she needs interventions.

I feel that the staff at Limetree Care Home took excellent care of my mother-in-law. They were flexible in visiting and had no issues whatsoever.

My experience of Limetree over the last 4 years has been extremely positive. The staff are very supportive and caring. My mum has been shown dignity and respect all of the time. I can only praise the home in every respect.

My stepdad has been here for about 3 months. Dad seems very happy and I relieved excellent care.

I am very happy with the excellent care and attention the staff at Limetree give my mother-in-law. She too is very happy staying here.
