I cannot thank Marlborough Court Care Home enough for looking after mum. The home is friendly clean and the food is very good, the staff are great with mum, in many ways they do an excellent job thank you.

Thank you for looking after my dad he was very happy and always smiling every time we saw him. You made him feel very special and very safe. Thank you for what you did for him. Also thank all the staff that cared for him.

I am very pleased with the staff on first floor very caring kind considerate and gentle with my friend who is end of life. The nurses of carers are doing a fantastic job.

I'll be forever grateful for my father to spend his last weeks at Marlborough Court. The level of care and kindness of the staff is outstanding. The food is excellent and there are lots of activities for the resident's to enjoy. But even the facilities are good. Marlborough Court's greatest asset is
its staff. Thank you.

Thank you to everyone who made my husband's birthday lovely. The room was decorated with banners, balloons, and we all tucked into a great birthday cake made by chef.
Thanks again to all the staff on 2nd floor. My husband has been a resident for nearly three years.

Dad was placed in Marlborough Court for palliative care in July. During his time there he was treated with respect, compassion and kindness. It felt as if we all became part of the Marlborough Court family. I will be forever grateful for the care everyone took of him. On behalf of myself and my
family I would like to thank everyone for their support and care of us all during a difficult time.

Everybody was very kind and compassionate. They looked after our dad really well and made his last months very comfortable and happy. They also made our family feel so welcome. Thank you to all the staff. They all work so hard.

My mum has just finished a 4 week placement here at Marlborough Court after a hip fracture. From the moment mum arrived every member of the team has been so incredibly kind, compassionate and caring towards mum, she has been so well cared for by everyone.
We are ever so grateful to everyone here
at Marlborough Court. As we leave a zumba class is gong, what a great team.

Mum was at Marlborough for 4 weeks following a stay in hospital. The staff were lovely and she was well cared for. She is moving to be nearer family.

Unfortunately my partner with dementia ended up in this home. Majority of the staff seem very nice and the food looks quite good. I see very few activities that would stimulate minds, mostly residents sit in the lounge while the few in there are on their mobiles. Laundry needs a complete overhaul,
so many missing items, although clothing has names on them due to the carelessness of staff they end up in the wrong rooms. I have seen a resident wearing my partner's clothes. Also the laundry staff are not adverse to putting wrist watches in machine, one very expensive watch ruined.

The care has been very good very kind and understanding nothing is too much trouble moving from room to room has been seamless. My wive has been moved twice now.

My relative has an exceptional experience with this care home. The staff, management, food, events and overall atmosphere is so energetic and happy. The carers were polite and humble and the rooms were clean, hygienic and airy.

My experience of all the care the staff gave to my relative in room 61 has been exceptional and I have always felt that they kept him safe and very well protected. Anything my relative needed he got and all his needs were met. Marlborough Court is a lovely place for anyone to stay and be cared for.
I would recommend this home to anyone.

Although we've had no choice in the placement of my mother for her temporary 'assessment/ respite' period, we're relieved at our first impressions of Marlborough Court. Reception was a cheery sight with Easter bits n' bobs!
As my mother's first 'care home' experience - she's settling well. Although
her room decor is 'tired' - her view into the gardens is calming, as she's bed-bound. The whole home was clean and airy, with a calm, friendly feeling. All the staff members we interacted with were welcoming, helpful, accommodating and professional. They presented as a happy, well-oiled team, who enjoyed their work and treated their residents with respect and kindness. So we're confident my mother's in good, caring hands.
We enjoyed lunch together in her room, which was tasty, with good portions - including Easter cup cakes! The musical entertainment we could hear - even had us all singing along!

My husband came to Marlborough Care Home in November. He was very frail and had complex issues with his health. He was greeted with kindness and compassion by all the staff. Also they were wonderful to myself which helped me a lot at the time of great sadness. He was a man of great courage, very
funny. He lit up a room when he entered it. R.I.P my love x
