View Full Details of Trinity CourtI wouldn't recommend the care home in all honesty. My father was there for a year and a half. Health massively declined, when it was fine while he was with me. ongoing health conditions were not monitored properly, and the correct services i.e ambulance was not called when he had refused to eat for days, and he unfortunately passed away last month. The management is extremely money oriented and called me asking to pay money that was owed a week after I had lost my mum, overall very insensitive in the way that things are handled. All in all I have not had a good experience and would highly recommend looking elsewhere. I don't believe the cost justifies the level of care received.
My experience has been very positive, the staff are friendly and caring, always approachable. My mum seems a lot calmer and the staff love her. The cleaning staff are on the ball, as are the maintenance people - overall very satisfied.
Overall, myself and daughter are pleased with the level of care our person receives. The staff are friendly, helpful and very supportive of our person. She has a lovely sized room, very clean, and she enjoys the food very much. If we ever had a concern or query, we know we can approach the manager as well as the staff, and the outcome will be to our satisfaction.
My brother's stay was very comfortable during his sensitive time of illness, due to very helpful and friendly staff. Thank you all and continue to keep up the great work you all do.
Caring staff and responsible management and respectful management and staff. Very clean, excellent physiotherapist and professional. My father-in-law has progressed a lot since he came here.
My mother was at Trinity Court for 6 years until her death in March. She received kind, supportive care and despite her dementia, blindness, profound hearing loss and diabetes survived into her 90s. I spent most of my week visiting my mother so was able to observe the attention and thoughtful care she received. I went on home outings and joined in activities or was sent pictures. Not seeing her during COVID was tough but the home kept me informed and tried to put her online but her disabilities meant she didn't know I was able to see her. During those 6 years she didn't get infections or bed sores. The home kept me informed immediately if there were any potential problems. The home has needed a complete refurbishment for some years, and the frustrations of group living when it was difficult at times to find particular pieces of clothing, especially nighties, fades into insignificance compared to the loving way she was treated,
Although when I first visited my father, who has had a stroke/dementia, at the nursing home I wasn't too sure what to expect, yet the room/bathroom/facilities and the nursing home care staff were excellent. They also provided my father with specific Indian vegetarian meals in the evening so I would just like to say a personal thank you.
My relative moved into this home before Christmas. She has severe dementia and has been treated with care and kindness. I am always welcomed and can ask questions. Everyone is friendly and has time for us. It's bright and airy. Unfortunately, she will not get out of bed so I know nothing of activities. She appears happy though.
Generally, I am very impressed. Staff work hard under very trying and sometimes difficult conditions with the patients, which the Director, Manager/Matron and staff attempt to address willingly and readily. Observations raised by me are listened to sympathetically then actioned and feedback given. Support staff, cooks, laundry operators, cleaners and maintenance, occupational therapist and activity staff etc are approachable, very friendly and willingly give assistance when and where required, without reservation. The nursing staff are 'Gems' and along with all others mentioned cannot be praised highly enough. No nursing home can ever please or give what everyone feels they should give. But Trinity Court does attempt to do this
