If you are looking for the Best Care Home, look no further than Adelaide Care Home in Bexleyheath.
From the moment we walked in, we knew this was the place to put my Mother In Law into.
The facilities are amazing and the staff are so professional, the whole atmosphere is so comforting, knowing
that you loved ones are in safe hands.
I want to thank all the staff for their support and professionalism and especially Lydia and Subo.
Subo, our family wants to thank you personally for everything you are doing, you are one in a million and we cannot thank you enough for all your support, time, dedication and professionalism.

My Great Aunt has been living here for almost a year and she couldn't be happier.
She has dementia and could no longer be cared for at home so we were extremely worried and scared about placing her in a home after all the horrible stories you hear.
But hand on heart this Care Home is amazing!!
The staff are absolutely wonderful and are always going above and beyond for all of their residents. Everyone is super friendly and always willing to help with whatever is needed.
Residents are kept busy with all different activities and their family members are always welcome.
My aunt's dementia will never get better but we know she is safe and looked after. She has started to put weight back on because she is eating and she isn't lonely anymore as she always has people around her.
If you need somewhere for a loved one this is definitely the place. We looked at 4 others and so glad we chose here.

From the beginning, I was impressed with how the staff took care to interact with my friend. Even when it was difficult to help her, the carers pressed on, gently, to encourage her to drink and to keep her clean. The nurses were very engaged and took the trouble to frequently explain how my friend
was. The office staff were helpful, and the reception staff always gave a warm welcome and were ready to answer any questions.

My mum came to Adelaide when she was quite unwell and very confused. The staff were very attentive and looked after her well. She gradually improved and now feels at home. She can be very obstinate and awkward but the staff deal with her moods very well. I am very content with the care she receives.

Staff are attentive and efficient in their roles they make visitors welcome and keep me informed should there be any issues.
Staff seem to enjoy working here which says a lot.
Residents are kept entertained and shown respect.
Overall a very happy experience.

My mother spent 6 weeks on respite care after being in hospital for 4 weeks. She received the best possible care. I had no worried about her safety. All the staff were kind and caring and incredibly helpful sorting out medication when she left. Should we need residential care again I wouldn't look
anywhere else.

I was in need of respite care after an illness. The Adelaide was exactly what I needed. 5 star care in an atmosphere which was positive.
My needs were met and even exceeded, ensuring a swift and full recovery. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The home was spotless. I would have no
hesitation in using it again and will recommend it to friends and relatives, great value for money.

I've always found the care home to be clean, welcoming and the staff friendly and helpful. I've known a few care homes over the years with different levels of care provided, but Adelaide has always proved the best experience.

My mother started living at Adelaide at the end of July. From the very start of her stay, she has been cared for by all members of staff, and they are so kind and helpful. Before Adelaide, mum was living on her own and could not cope. It's so comforting to know mum is now happy and cared for by so
well. The home is so clean, the food looks lovely, and mum is kept clean at all times. We cannot thank Adelaide enough for making us all so happy and for everything they have done to make the move so easy.

My husband has dementia and is bedbound. Adelaide has been his home since January this year. I visit almost every day, and I couldn't wish for better care for him. All the staff are incredible and nothing is too much trouble for them. They are kind, friendly, caring and professional. The nursing
staff always keep me up to date with his care. Knowing he is safe and well cared for is a huge comfort, as moving someone you love into a care home is a difficult decision. I highly recommend Adelaide. Thank you all.

I found the staff very professional and polite. The care home is clean and well looked after. The rooms are clean, warm and bright. The nursing care is first class. For everyone. The residents are not left alone and well looked after. The food is good and varied and the activities are well manage. I

Mum was happy and settled during her time at Adelaide, from arriving during Covid restrictions, where the dedicated staff did their very best to accommodate her and us to visit when possible. Mum was treated with kindness, compassion and loved by all the wonderful staff who loved and cared for her
and who made us feel very welcome when we visited and gave us the time to share any questions we needed. The dignity and compassion shown to Mum and the support and sympathy to us towards and during Mum's peaceful passing, we are so grateful for and will always remember.

Mum went to Adelaide Care Home for respite care. She stayed for just over four months. During this time she was very happy. All the staff were very kind, caring and professional. They always kept us up to date/informed about mum's health. If I had any concerns about mum's health they were very
attentive and got the appropriate professionals involved. As a family, we had complete peace of mind that mum's welfare was being looked after. They organised everything including medication. Thank you so much Adelaide we have no qualms about putting mum into the home as a permanent resident when the times comes.

My mum was looked after at Adelaide Care Home for almost 3 years until she passed away in December 2024. I cannot fault the care and kindness she received during her battle with dementia. Thank you to all the staff for your professionalism, and also for the care and support you gave my dad on his
daily visits to Mum, which always left him with a smile and comfort on the hardest of days.

My husband has advanced Alzheimer's and moved into Adelaide Care Home in April 2024. The management and nursing staff caring for my husband have been first-class. The staff treat my husband with the utmost care and dignity. He is always clean and happy when I go to visit him regularly. I'm also kept
well informed by the nursing staff of my husband's well-being. Choosing a care home for a loved one is always a difficult decision. My husband has settled very well and the staff are friendly and caring, nothing is too much trouble. I am pleased I made the right decision in choosing Adelaide as my husband's new home.

I was very pleased that there was a room available when my brother was discharged from hospital, as he had been very happy when he had been in the Adelaide for respite care in September. He is now well settled into his new home and enjoying life. He is looking very well.

My sister has dementia and has been in Adelaide Care Home for 9 weeks. The care she has received has been exceptional, all the staff are kind and caring. My sister and myself are welcomed to the many activities organised daily at the home with a cup of coffee. Knowing she is safe, being well looked

Adelaide is a very special place. The care, compassion and friendliness of the staff are fantastic.
The quality of activities, especially the entertainment is superb, top-notch.
My mum is happy and calm and I know she is well looked after. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Adelaide Care Centre to
anyone looking for a warm compassionate place for their loved one.

She has dementia and could no longer be cared for at home so we were extremely worried and scared about placing her in a home after all the horrible stories you hear.

From the beginning, I was impressed with how the staff took care to interact with my friend. Even when it was difficult to help her, the carers pressed on, gently, to encourage her to drink and to keep her clean. The nurses were very engaged and took the trouble to frequently explain how my friend
was. The office staff were helpful, and the reception staff always gave a warm welcome and were ready to answer any questions.

Mum was happy and settled during her time at Adelaide, from arriving during Covid restrictions, where the dedicated staff did their very best to accommodate her and us to visit when possible. Mum was treated with kindness, compassion and loved by all the wonderful staff who loved and cared for her

I was very pleased that there was a room available when my brother was discharged from hospital, as he had been very happy when he had been in the Adelaide for respite care in September. He is now well settled into his new home and enjoying life. He is looking very well.
