I am very happy with the care I receive, the nurses are very kind.

My wife Mary, was a resident for nearly 5 years.
She was very well looked after by all the staff, male and female, and amazingly she settled very, very quickly and always gave me to understand how well looked after she always was from the last to back at the beginning. Excellent!!

I love this place. Everything is very good. Staff are very approachable. Food is brilliant. They take good care of me. I enjoy living here, and it is very safe.

Your dedication to making the day special brought us immense joy. From the thoughtful decorations to the warm atmosphere, every
detail of the decorations reflected the care and attention you give to all the residents. Your compassion and professionalism mean so much - not just to our father, but to all of us who have the privilege of witnessing the love and care to make each resident feel valued by the wonderful team.

The care provided for my husband is outstanding. The staff are caring and go above and beyond with my husband and our family when we visit. My niece visited today for a function, the staff made her welcome, the food was fantastic and the staff did a lovely dance performance. Fantastic team of staff
at this care home.

During the years my Mother has been in Aston House she has been treated with love by the staff. Any concerns I have raised have been dealt with immediately with kindness and care. The staff that were in the home when my Mum first entered are still the same, that is a variety in this industry but
shows how amazing management must be.

Mine was a limited experience - Jan 2024 to April 2024.
I found the staff always friendly and most attentive.
The service user was treated with gentleness, care and dignity.
As visitors we were always made to feel welcome.

Home and carers are fantastic. Mum was very happy.

Clean place with staff always at hand and quick to cater to your needs. Staff are easy to locate and they're friendly. Rooms are kept clean. Parking is good. Food is very good and drinks and smoothies in between are regularly given. No faults. Sheets are always clean. The nurse is constantly on duty
and when doctors are required, this is done quickly. The manager introduced herself from the very first day and has kept me updated on things.

Chefs are willing to discuss my vegetarian diet. Helpful. Excellent.
Nursing assistants are caring, knowledgeable and friendly. The driver is excellent and helpful.
Cleaners are hard-working and caring.
The manager is always willing to give advice and sociable.
The nursing station is helpful.
Activities: lovely journey included to a reservoir.

Mum has been a resident of Aston House for many years, we have been so happy with the care Mum has received while she has been a resident. She is clean and cared for and seems very content. I am always amazed by the compassion shown by all the staff Mum has interaction with. I don't know what would
have happened over the recent years if Mum wasn't at Aston House. Thank you all.

My nurse is good to everyone and the only time I get a bit of peace is when she is on duty. My son liked my little friend.

Staff always seem caring and attentive, although due to the pandemic less direct contact possible. Being able to have the video calls would be good although occasional visits are now allowed. Some formal report (quarterly) on how my sister was doing would be nice. Overall, she does seem settled and
is okay and seems to like the food.

On visiting mum for the first time after the lockdown (Mar 2021) I was very pleased to see how well she looked even though teary eyes, after not seeing her for so long. I was welcomed as always by the friendly professional staff and all measures were made in respect of PPE and safety. Thank You.

Everybody is really struggling at the moment, and it is really hard emotionally. I want to thank everyone at Aston House for all their help and support in caring for our loved ones. They are a fantastic team of people who we owe a lot to in these uncertain times.

I cannot recommend Aston House highly enough. The staff and surroundings are all wonderfully beautiful and the staff very loving.

Today I visited my mother in the garden of Aston House, I was very pleased to see her looking so well and cared for as I hadn't been for over a month as I was away. The staff were very kind and friendly as always. We re very fortunate to have found such a nice care home for my mum.
